企业网络权力的形成机理、配置效率及其对合作行为的影响研究

How to allocate power rationally and extend from local production network to global value network has become an important issue that can not be avoided in the practice of network governance. .This project takes it as the logical main line that the structure determines power and power influences cooperation behavior, The three dimensional analysis scheme is based on macro and micro melting, structure and behavior complex, and multiple cases cross..Firstly, we take cooperative nodes and the whole network as analytical unit, to explore the source of the node's power, the decisive factors, the power allocation pattern and efficiency of the network by cross the hierarchy..Secondly, from the perspective of combination of structure and behavior, we carry out compound research, to analyze the influence mechanism of power allocation on cooperative behavior, guidance and governance of cooperative behavior..At the same time, we fully consider the differences of different network models in China during the transition period, and carry out exploratory and multiple case studies..The above research system answers four problems: the formation mechanism of network power, the efficiency of allocation, the impact on cooperative behavior, behavior guidance and governance..This project can provide evidences based on the China scenarios, test the adaptability of network power theory in China, but also solve the substantive issues of poor ability, lack of motivation, and path confusion for inter-firm network in China, has important application value for the governance of inter-firm network in China during the transition period.

网络权力配置直接决定着企业网络的运行效果与治理绩效。如何合理配置权力，实现从本地生产网络向全球价值网络延伸，已成为网络治理实践不可回避的重要课题。本项目以结构决定权力、权力影响合作行为为逻辑主线，按照宏微互融、构行复合、多案例交叉的三维分析方案，首先，以合作节点与网络整体为分析单元进行跨层研究，探索节点权力的来源、决定要素与网络权力配置格局及效率；其次，从结构与行为相结合视角展开复合式研究，分析权力配置对合作行为的影响机制及合作行为的引导与治理；同时，充分考虑处于转型期我国不同网络模式的差异性，交叉进行探索性多案例研究。上述研究系统解答了网络权力形成机理、配置效率以及对合作行为的影响、行为引导与治理四个连锁问题。本项目既可提供基于中国情景的证据，检验网络权力理论在中国的适应性，也可解决中国企业网络能力不强、动力不足、路径迷茫等实质性问题，对处于转型期的我国企业网络实践具有重要的应用价值。

企业跨边界合作所形成的网络型组织已成为国家经济建设主战场的重要组织形式，而且日益发挥主导作用，但网络合作中的权力形成及配置问题一直未得到很好解决，制约着合作行为的规范与深入，因此企业网络权力配置就成为必须面对的现实问题。本项目运用案例研究、统计分析、社会网络分析、Heckman两阶段法、DEA分析法等方法，研究了企业网络权力的形成机理、企业网络权力配置格局与配置效率评价、企业网络权力配置对合作行为的影响、企业网络合作行为的引导与治理4个连锁问题。研究结果显示：新创企业网络规模需保持在合理范围，网络强度、网络异质性、政治关联、组织合法性对网络权力有重要影响；集团网络决策权可解构为战略决策权与经营决策权，掌控性配置效率最高，母公司主导型配置效率最低；合作行为治理中，核心企业采取4中领导行为，非核心企业采取4中追随行为，彼此互动产生不同效果；数字经济与企业网络融合路径为“数字化赋能-网络能力与网络权力-合作行为”。研究结果对政府部门决策、合作企业管理实践、企业网络权力配置、合作行为治理等具有重要指导作用与参考价值。
