基于网络生态的知识付费行为及安全治理模式研究

As an important part of the Internet knowledge service, the dynamics and future trends of the pay-for-knowledge has become a great concern in academic field in knowledge economy era. However, there is relatively inadequate research on the pay-for-knowledge and it also lacks of relevant theoretical supports at present. Network ecological problems have not been effectively paid attention to such as lacking of content evaluation and regulatory mechanism, payment and intellectual property security. With the qualitative and quantitative method of case study, experiment, data mining and simulation and based on the integration of the cognitive load theory, perceived value theory. This study focuses on the pay-for-knowledge and its life circle to explore the problems of user demand mining and behavior characteristics、behavior patterns and influencing factors、 evaluation mechanism, and the maintenance of its intellectual property from the perspective of network ecology. The conclusions and results from this study will contribute to improving the concept of the pay-for-knowledge and enriching its relevant theory. In addition, it offers practical guidance for pay-for-knowledge model construction, which is beneficial to the governance of network ecology.

知识付费作为互联网知识服务的重要组成部分，其发展动态和未来走向成为知识经济时代学术领域十分关注的问题，但是目前针对知识付费的研究相对较少，也缺乏相关的理论支持，知识付费所暴露出的内容评价与监管机制缺失、付费与知识产权安全等网络生态问题也未能得到有效重视。本研究从网络生态视角出发，在整合了认知负荷理论和感知价值理论的基础上，围绕知识付费的生命周期，运用质性、实证、案例、实验、数据挖掘与仿真等方法，重点分析了知识付费用户需求挖掘与行为特征、知识付费行为模式与影响因素、知识付费产品评价机制与数字知识产权维护。本研究在理论上有助于完善知识付费的概念内涵和相关理论，在实践上有助于知识付费行业发展模式构建和网络生态环境治理。

知识管理和数据治理成为智能经济时代企业转型发展的重要研究话题。本项目结合知识管理、数据治理和网络生态的相关理论，在分析用户知识付费行为影响因素基础上，对知识付费行为进行理论和实证研究。项目围绕以下核心问题开展研究。第一，知识付费行为的发展现状和趋势。采用内容分析法对我国互联网知识付费研究的228篇文献进行集中梳理与分析，形成了知识付费概念、影响因素、商业模式和网络生态4个文献集群，并在此基础上针对国内知识付费研究提出可能的发展方向。第二，用户知识付费行为影响因素分析。采用定性比较分析方法，探究影响在线用户知识付费行为的主要因素及前因构型，分析“内容”“情境”“辨识”各自作用和协同并发对用户知识付费行为的复杂影响机理。第三，知识付费产品版权保护分析。利用网络爬虫抓取知乎版权中心发布的有关“知乎大神”案件的相关评论，通过扎根理论方法识别知识付费平台版权保护影响因素。基于有限理性的假设，构建了音频类音频类知识付费平台和侵权者在版权保护和侵权行为中的博弈模型，利用复制动态方程和雅克比矩阵公式求出了演化稳定策略。围绕上述研究内容，本项目在《图书情报工作》《情报理论与实践》《情报科学》《现代情报》等期刊发表学术论文5篇，培养学术人才5人。本项目可以促进我国互联网知识付费行业的健康发展。
