投资网络对新企业绩效作用机制研究——基于大数据的社会网络分析

Venture capital is an important part of the incubation for new enterprises, but rare concern has been put on the formation and dynamics of the symbiotic system of new ventures and venture capital (that is, the investment network), and their effect on the social capital of new ventures and their performance. Based on social network analysis, this research is aimed to explore the formation and dynamics of Chinese local investment network and its effect on the structural and relational social capital of new ventures,as well as their growth, public-listing and sustainable performance with the perspective of network dynamics. This research has already built a 10-year database concerning new ventures and venture capitals. Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods with network visualization technology, this study will try to reveal the complex and nonlinear influence of the guanxi-building motivations for forming initial network and developing network dynamics, so as to explore the "guanxi circle" assumption of the venture capital investment and new venture growth theory. With systematically explaining the source of new ventures’ social capital and its networking mechanism, this research will enrich the literature on the growth and performance of new venture.

创业投资是孵化新企业重要的环节，但是针对新企业和创业投资共生系统（即投资网络）的形成、演变及其对新企业社会资本及绩效的作用机制却鲜有人关注。本研究探究了本土投资网络关系的形成、演变，及其如何作用于新企业结构性和关系性社会资本，并最终影响新企业成长、上市和永续绩效的机制。通过大数据挖掘工具，本研究建立了10年期的新企业与创业投资数据库。在结合定性定量以及可视化技术的基础上，试图揭示初始网络生成动机及其演化对于新企业生长和绩效的复杂、非线性作用，从而拓展创业投资的“理性人”假设和新企业成长理论的研究维度，解析投资网络缔结的初始条件。通过系统阐释新企业社会资本的来源及其作用机理，本研究将丰富新企业成长和绩效研究，为国家创业氛围的优化、新兴产业的市场化发展以及金融支持机制的完善提供借鉴。

本研究完成了以下七个研究步骤：.第一步：风险投资（VC）产业联合投资网络资料库的建立；.第二步：本研究使用新的社会计算学方法论，建立有扎根真相监督下建模的方法；.第三步：发展了VC产业网中圈子分析；.第四步：在使用调查和专家访谈法得到的扎根真相下，本研究发展一套算法找到产业领袖，并得出方法计算产业领袖的圈子；.第五步：本研究可以分析了VC动态中采取什么样的网络战略，从而预测它们的各类行为；.第六步：在圈子理论的指导下，我们建立动态模型；.第七步：本研究为下一步研究作准备，发展出三层网的资料库，增加更多VC网络信息。.本研究进行期间，完成了英文期刊及书中章节论文四篇，英文会议论文六篇，以及投稿中在审稿论文两篇；中文期刊论文两篇，会议论文两篇以及投稿中在审稿论文三篇。同时指导了三篇硕士论文的写作。.总结其学术意义，有以下三点：.一、本研究发展了以扎根真相为标的，有监督下得出社会计算算法的方法论；.二、本研究证实并充实了圈子理论，并以风险投资产业联合投资网的资料得出一套产业内圈子的计算法，更以圈子的变迁描述出个体圈子以及产业整体网的演化；.三、以这些圈子的静态网络指标以及产业网演化动态指标预测VC的行动及绩效，尤其是小型的、新进的VC如何成长为重要角色的因素与过程。
