At present, with the rapid development of e-tailing, different delivery time and price strategies are adopted to fulfill online orders. These strategies could cause huge transportation cost and inventory cost. To reduce the logistics cost pressure of online retailer, the operation should consider the transportation and inventory together. Therefore, this project will study the e-tailing location-inventory problem with differentiated logistics strategies, which optimizes the transportation and inventory cost simultaneously. First of all, according to the character of the order fulfillment, we will build the basic location-inventory model. Then, risk pooling among the chosen logistics distribution centers will be analyzed, which involves the safety stock setting and the lateral transportation strategies. Furthermore, production decisions will also be added into the location-inventory model when online retailer controls the supply planning; Then, the differentiated logistics strategies will be analyzed. Based on that, the location-inventory models considering delivery price and time will be presented. Finally, genetic algorithm and tabu algorithm with the individual assignment cost method will be constructed. And experiments and simulation analysis will be executed based on the benchmark data and practical data. Generally, this study is the extension of the supply chain integration optimization theory and the e-business logistics theory. The results of the study can be applied to online order fulfillment process to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency.
随着网络零售业的快速发展,网络零售商普遍面临着巨大的运输成本和库存成本压力。选址-库存问题同时考虑运输成本和库存成本的协调优化,在电子商务物流领域具有广阔的应用前景。本项目拟研究考虑差异化送达时间和物流价格的网络零售选址-库存优化:首先,构建以网络零售为背景的考虑安全库存的选址-库存基础模型;第二,进行安全库存的设置和转载运输策略分析,构建集中安全库存的选址-库存模型;第三,分析生产决策对选址-库存问题的影响,构建集成生产决策的选址-库存模型;第四,分析送达时间差异化和物流价格差异化对选址-库存问题的影响,并分别构建相应的选址-库存模型;第五,结合EOQ的鲁棒性分析个体分配成本,构建基于个体分配成本法的遗传算法或禁忌算法;最后,通过标准数据和实证数据进行仿真实验分析。本项目研究是对电子商务物流理论和供应链集成优化理论的延伸,可广泛应用于网络零售商的订单履行,减少物流成本,提高物流效率。
