中国人鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤特异分子遗传学改变研究

本研究采用中国人高发病例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤为研究对象，在已初步发现其c-kit基因特异突变的基础上，进一步确定其突变规律；并运用全基因组扫描技术重点分析该肿瘤可能存在的特异基因组改变。探讨这些分子遗传学改变在鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤发生发展中的作用，探索可作为该肿瘤分子改变的特异性标志。
