Abstract To investigate the molecular mechanism of moxibustion in modulating immunosuppression induced by H22-bearing BALB/C mice through endogenous cytokines from Gene transcription to protein expression in CNS and immune target cells gene transcription,cytokines content molecular diversification in peripheral blood serum in mice. We studied on the endogenous immune cytokines IL-1,IL-2,IL-6 and signal transduction pathway Jak-Stat mediated by IL-2R, and Stat5a, Stat5b-important transcriptional factor of immunomodulation, upregulated different subunits of IL-2R and Stat5a, Stat5b mRNA to directly effect target gene transduction and protein expression, improve IL-1?、IL-2 mRNA expression and level of IL-1?、IL-2 of target tissure, dynamic changes of IL-1,IL-2,IL-6 in cytokines network in CNS participate in the modulation of neruo- endocrine- immunological network, to regulate the Immunosuppression state positively.
