Since the development of the behavioral operation management, many scholars have studied the optimal strategy of supply chain considering the fairness concerned behavior. But, the research is based on the simple two-echelon supply chain in single period setting. With the intensification of market competition and increasing scale, the number of supply chain members is increasing, which makes the competitive supply chain consisting of multiple competitive manufacturers and multiple competitive retailers. It is need to thoroughly analyze the impact of the fairness concerned behavior on the pricing-ordering strategies of the competitive supply chain and construct the coordination mechanism. This project uses the multi-criteria decision-making method to establish the game models of the competitive supply chain considering the fairness concerned behavior, and uses non-cooperative game theory and optimal algorithm to obtain the pricing-ordering strategies at the equilibrium. By numerical experiment and logical induction method, this project not only studies the impact of the fairness concerned behavior on the pricing-ordering strategies of the competitive supply chain, but also further studies the impact of information asymmetry and dynamic behavior in multiple production periods on the pricing-ordering strategies of the competitive supply chain considering the fairness concerned behavior. This project also constructs the coordination mechanism of supply chain, guides the members of supply chain to distribute profits reasonably, improves the degree of information sharing, establishs long-term cooperative relationship, and ultimately improves the overall efficiency of supply chain. The models, methods and the conclusions obtained by this project can provide scientific reference for enterprises to make the operation decision, and enrich the behavioral operation management.
随着行为运作管理理论发展,很多学者研究了考虑公平关切行为的供应链最优策略,但研究局限在简单的单周期两级供应链。随着市场竞争加剧和规模增大,供应链成员数量不断增加,形成多个相互竞争的制造商和多个相互竞争的零售商构成的竞争型供应链,需要深入分析公平关切行为对竞争型供应链定价-订购策略的影响,构建协调机制。本项目利用多准则决策方法建立考虑公平关切行为的竞争型供应链博弈模型,利用非合作博弈理论和最优化算法得到均衡定价-订购策略数值解。通过数值实验法和逻辑归纳法,不仅研究公平关切行为对竞争型供应链定价-订购策略的影响,而且进一步研究信息不对称和多个生产周期动态行为对考虑公平关切行为的竞争型供应链定价-订购策略的影响,构建协调机制,指导供应链成员合理分配利润、提高信息共享程度、建立长期合作关系,提高整个供应链运作效率。本项目得到的模型、方法和结论指导供应链企业制定科学的运营决策,丰富行为运作管理理论。
