Capacity sharing has become one focal development of Chinese manufacturing industries, for it provides opportunities to tackle over-capacity problems for manufacturers and helps supply chain reconstruction. The application of capacity sharing platform enables manufacturers to reduce cost and improve resource utilization. However, platform matching results usually incur various uncertainties. This research takes the perspective of platform matching uncertainty to investigate the impacts of such uncertainty on supply chain network design problem. Main research contents are organized as follows. Firstly, we analyze the characteristics of different uncertainties of platform matching. Secondly, based on the immediacy of platform matching, we establish a corresponding two-stage supply chain network design model. Thirdly, we construct a multi-period flexible supply chain network design model according to the multi-period dynamic fluctuation features of platform matching and demand. Moreover, we provide a multi-objective supply chain network model on the basis of the characteristic of multidimensional dynamics of platform matching. Finally, we design highly-efficient optimization algorithms in accordance with the characteristics of the proposed different supply chain network models. This project aims to solve the supply chain network design problem associated with capacity sharing platform. Our results not only serve to enrich the theory of supply chain network design, but also provide strategy guidance to manufacturers in adapting to the era of mobile internet development and facilitate supply-side reform of manufacturing industry.
产能共享为解决制造企业的产能过剩和供应链的重构提供了良好的契机,已成为我国制造业发展的重要方向。利用产能共享平台可以帮助企业降低成本,提高资源利用率,但平台匹配结果通常存在多种不确定性。本项目拟以平台匹配不确定为切入点,研究匹配过程中具有不同特征的不确定性对供应链网络设计的影响,研究内容主要包括:分析平台匹配时面临的各种不确定性的本质特征;依据平台匹配的即时性特征,构建相应的两阶段供应链网络设计模型;依据平台匹配与需求的多期动态波动性特征,构建相应的多期柔性供应链网络设计模型;依据平台匹配的多维动态性特征,构建相应的多目标供应链网络设计模型;依据所构建不同供应链网络模型的各自特点,设计相应的高效优化算法。本项目是基于产能共享平台开展供应链网络设计问题的研究,其研究成果不仅可以丰富供应链网络设计理论,还可以为制造业在互联时代的快速发展提供决策支持,同时有助于推进制造业的供给侧改革。
共享经济背景下,供应链网络设计问题主要体现在产能和资源等方面的共享,同时面临着需求的不确定性。本项目针对需求不确定性本质特征,构建了三类新的供应链网络设计模型:1)依据需求即时性特征,构建两阶段供应链网络设计模型;2)依据需求的多期动态波动性特征,构建相应的多期柔性供应链网络设计模型;3)依据需求多维动态性特征,构建相应的多目标供应链网络设计模型。项目应用鲁棒优化、分布鲁棒优化、模糊优化等不确定性优化方法处理不确定性需求和能力,关注数据驱动和信息不足的情形,在柔性供应链网络设计优化理论方面取得一定的成果,并将主要模型拓展到多个现实应用背景问题中,如共享单车闭环供应链管理、最后一公里救援物资网络设计、p中心枢纽网络设计问题等。项目组主要成果发表在《International Journal of Production Research》,《Annals of Operations Research》,《Applied Mathematical Modelling》等期刊上。
