Parking sharing is a new idea to solve the problem of parking difficulty with the times. In order to achieve parking sharing effectively, it is necessary to study the matching problem of vacant parking slots and demanders based on platform. This problem is a new topic with frontier and exploratory which needs to be studied urgently in the area of decision science at home and abroad, and it has a wide range of practical applications background. The main research in this project includes: the screening method for acceptable matching pairs of vacant parking slots and demanders, the stability analysis of vacant parking slots and demanders' matching alternative, the matching model and algorithm of vacant parking slots and demanders under the fuzzy and uncertain supply and demand information, the matching model and algorithm of vacant parking slots and demanders considering exchanging parking slots, the adjusting method for parking sharing matching alternative considering no-show, and some kinds of typical applications researches. The research purposes and significances of this project are as follows: to refine, systematically analyse and solve the key scientific problems of vacant parking slots and demanders' matching based on platform, to establish original vacant parking slots and demanders' matching optimization models, to obtain some high level research results and apply them to practice, so as to lay solid theoretical and methodological foundation for scientifical and efficient parking sharing, and effectively improve the utilization rate of vacant parking resources and relieve the outstanding contradiction of parking difficulty.
车位共享是与时俱进解决停车难问题的新思路。为了有效实现车位共享,需要研究基于平台的闲置车位与需求者匹配问题。该问题具有广泛的实际应用背景,是目前国内外决策科学领域迫切需要研究的新课题,具有前沿性和探索性。本项目的主要研究内容包括:闲置车位与需求者可行匹配对的筛选方法、闲置车位与需求者匹配方案稳定性分析、具有模糊和不确定供需信息的闲置车位与需求者匹配模型与算法、考虑窜位情形的的闲置车位与需求者匹配模型与算法、考虑存在爽约行为的车位共享匹配方案调整方法和典型应用研究等。本项目的研究目的和意义在于:提炼并系统分析和解决车位共享环境下基于平台的闲置车位与需求者匹配的关键科学问题,建立具有原创性的闲置车位与需求者匹配优化模型,取得高水平的研究成果,并在实际中获得应用,为科学高效的进行车位共享奠定坚实的理论和方法基础,从而有效地提高闲置车位资源使用率,缓解停车难的突出矛盾。
本项目研究的车位共享环境下基于平台的闲置车位与需求者匹配问题,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。本项目能够较好地按照预定的研究计划来进行,提出了一系列闲置车位与需求者匹配方法,并进行了若干方面的应用研究,达到了预期目标。围绕本项目取得的研究成果主要体现在:形成了共享环境下基于平台的闲置车位与需求者匹配问题研究的基础框架;从平台的角度提出了若干种复杂情形下的闲置车位与需求者匹配方案的确定方法和闲置车位与需求者匹配方案调整方法。围绕本项目的研究方向和研究内容,出版专著1部,发表和录用学术论文20篇。其中,在Computers & Industrial Engineering、International Transactions in Operational Research等SCI、SSCI检索的国际期刊上发表和录用论文12篇,在《系统工程理论与实践》等国内重要期刊上发表8篇;培养博士研究生2名和硕士研究生4名。项目的完成为进行科学的闲置车位与需求者匹配奠定了理论基础,从而能够有效地提高共享车位的利用率;同时,弥补了以往双边匹配方法解决实际问题的不足,有助于进一步发展和完善双边匹配理论与方法。
