The resource of plants for Chinese medicine were abundant in yunnan province, and these medicinal plants existed many kinds of endophytes, which have the coevolution with hosts. And the bioactive constituents of host plants may induce the metabolism of endophytes. Many novel bioactive compounds might be found from it in adaptive culture condition, which have important value to the biopesticide and pharmaceutical research. Four endophytic microbes from two commonly used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Panax notoginseng and Paris polyphylla were induced by the bioactive compounds of TCM. The research of bioactive secondary metabolites from these induced endophytes will be carried out to find novel active compounds. This project was about the chemical mechanism of target compounds induced by the active ingredients of TCM. The active compounds from non-induction endophytes were also investigated, and the biological active compounds of host plants were also biotransformed by the endophytes. The relationship of the TCM active material and its endophytes will be investigated by the change mechanism of these active isolated metabolites. The biological activity and its material basis of the induced microbes will be also studied. 10-15 new compounds including of 1-2 unprecedented skeleton compounds and 1-2 bioactive constituents will be found through this project. The productions of bioactive substances were induced by the interaction of the TCM ingredient and endophytes. 2-3 SCI papers will be published, and 1 patent will be applied for.
云南省特色中药资源丰富,其中存在着大量的内生菌。由于与宿主的协同进化关系,宿主植物活性成分有可能会诱导其内生菌的代谢功能,并且在适当的培养条件下能产生结构新颖的活性次生代谢产物,在生物农药和医药方面有重要的应用价值。项目拟对从两种常用中药三七、重楼中分离得到的4株中药诱导的同源植物内生菌中的活性代谢产物进行研究,从中发现结构新颖、活性较好的化合物。项目还拟对三七和重楼活性成分诱导目标化合物产生的化学机制和非诱导内生菌的活性化合物进行研究,并通过内生菌生物转化其宿主植物活性化合物的工作,从活性代谢产物角度探讨中药活性物质与其内生菌的相互关系。研究诱导内生菌生物活性的变化规律及其活性变化的物质基础。通过本项目的研究预计发现新化合物10-15个,包括1-2个骨架新颖的化合物和1-2个活性化合物,阐明中药与内生菌的相互作用诱导生物活性物质产生的化学机制,发表2-3篇高水平文章,申请1个发明专利。
