集群内领先企业知识网络架构与创新能力演进关联研究

Concerning industrial clusters’ transformation and upgrading, the main actors are clustered leading enterprises and the foothold is these enterprises’ capabilities. Furthermore, the development of clustered enterprises’ capabilities and the knowledge network architecture are inseparable. Based on the above logic, the basic proposition of the project is how to enhance clustered enterprises’ innovation capabilities by building up a reasonable knowledge network architecture. Therefore, the study characterizes the knowledge structure and spatial structure of knowledge network architecture from the dimensions of technological domains and geographic boundaries respectively, based on the interdisciplinary theories such as social network, knowledge-based view, organizational capbility, and focuses on defining the structure, characteristics and measurement method of technological domains, analyzing the inherent mechanism of the technological domains and innovation capabilities, building up the theoretical logic of “Technological domains-Technology integration-Innovation capabilities”, revealing the moderating role of the geographic boundaries and the mediative role of technology integration in the relationship between technological domains and innovation capabilities, exploring the association mode of technological domains and innovation capabilities from a dynamic perspective, through the methods of typical case study, large sample survey, network analysis, and statistical analysis. Through the above analysis, this study not only intends to provide a new pattern of enhancing clustered enterprises’ innovation capabilities, but also provide strategic thinking to enrich and develop the theories of knowledge network, knowledge management, and organizational capabilities.

集群转型升级的关键行动者是集群内领先企业，根本落脚点在于集群企业能力的转型升级，而集群企业能力提升与其知识网络架构密不可分。因此，课题提出通过优化集群内领先企业的知识网络架构以促进其创新能力演进的基本命题。研究综合运用社会网络理论、知识基础观、能力理论等跨学科知识，基于典型案例研究、大样本调查、网络分析等方法：（1）明确技术场域的内涵结构、特征与测度方法；（2）剖析技术场域对创新能力的作用机理，揭示集群领先企业知识网络地理边界在技术场域作用于创新能力演进过程中的调节作用；（3）从动态视角探索技术场域与集群领先企业创新能力演变轨迹之间的关联模式。本课题研究成果不但可为集群内企业能力发展提供新模式，也为丰富和发展企业网络、知识管理、组织能力等理论提供思路。

集群领先企业创新能力的提升是整个产业集群转型升级的根本落脚点，而能力提升与其知识网络架构密不可分，集群企业只有优化其知识网络架构以获取更多的创新资源，才能走出能力路径依赖的困境，促进整个产业集群创新能力的突破。. 围绕通过优化集群内领先企业的知识网络架构以促进其创新能力演进的基本命题，本项目遵循“问题导向、理论推演、重点突出、实事求是、服务实践”的原则，综合运用社会网络理论、知识基础观、能力理论等跨学科知识，研究以下内容：首先，本项目综合运用文献分析、二手数据分析、实证调查等研究方法，系统分析全球化背景下集群企业能力突破的关键与挑战，并从网络视角剖析其原因，构建特色数据库，从而为项目奠定坚实的现实基础和数据基础。其次，本项目综合文献研究与实证调研，界定技术场域内涵特征、测度方法，为项目解决操作性问题；第三，本项目运用文献研究、案例研究、大样本统计等研究方法，综合多维视角探索知识网络架构与创新能力演进的内在机理；第四，本项目主要采用案例分析和大样本实证，探究集群企业网络架构各维度与创新能力演进的关联研究；最后，本项目根据上述理论研究结论，从知识网络结构、知识行为、创新能力等多视角出发着眼于企业、产业、政府等多主体、多层面提出构筑开放知识网络的集群企业创新能力提升途径。. 本项目文献研究与实证调研相结合、定性研究与定量研究相印证、静态分析与动态演绎相综合，从多维、动态的视角初步构筑集群领先企业知识网络架构与创新能力互动创新的理论框架和两者演化之间的关联模式，深化和拓展了关于集群企业创新能力提升与演化的组织理论与创新理论，也为集群企业创新能力发展提供新的战略思路。
