本课题(1)通过优化反应条件,制备出具有较低毒性的3.8nm级水平的超顺磁性氧化铁微粒(MION),X射线衍射分析证实主要成分为Fe304晶体,外层包被小分子量右旋糖酐,该微粒除可应用于单抗的标记外,今后尚有开发成新药制剂的潜在价值。(2)利用抗有肺癌单抗标记在MION上,成功地实现荷瘤裸鼠病灶的定向磁共振信号改变,认为随着标记技术提高和磁共振成像技术的发展,磁共振免疫成像可能是一种有发展前景的特异性肿瘤成像新方法。
