中国海（黄海、渤海）海岸各类基物采集426份样品分离320株红酵母鉴定225株共有深红酵母粘红酵母小红酵酶禾谷红酵母和果蝇红酵母五个种深红酵母为优势种，采用全细胞长链脂肢酸的数值分析法等化学方法和分子生物学方法研究了红酵母属和深红酵母的种间和种下的亲缘关系和系统学。
