Inter-city railway is the most effective green traffic way for solving traffic problems among different cities. As the place for inter-city passenger flow transfer and distribution, the core operation organization for the inter-city railway passenger station is track utilization. Self-discipline and intelligent management is the development direction for track utilization in the inter-city railway passenger station in China. Thus, the project is to research self-discipline theory and methodology for track utilization in the inter-city railway passenger station systematically, which has important theoretical value and practical significance. Based on these methods put forward in the project, such as efficiency-capacity identification and transfer method, resource and controllable scheduling method, skeleton co-evolution method, situation inversion and recovery method, and also particle size self-discipline emergence method, these key scientific problems from such project to be researched are as follows: the efficiency-capacity identification and transfer problem among different transport resources in the inter-city railway passenger station, the self-discipline and anti-intrusion problem, the self-discipline situation evolution problem, and also the collaboration and integration problem for track utilization in the inter-city railway passenger station. Besides, a self-discipline simulation and experimental platform for track utilization in the inter-city railway passenger station is to be constructed. The efficiency-capacity identification and transfer mechanism among different transport resources, and the self-discipline and anti-intrusion mechanism for track utilization will be both designed. Also, the self-discipline situation evolution rules and the integration emergence rules for track utilization will be explored. Furthermore, these principles and methods for efficiency-capacity self-discipline among different transport resources, track utilization self-discipline in normal, track utilization self-discipline recovery and track utilization self-discipline integration in the inter-city railway passenger station will be put forward. Research results from the project are expected to form a sound self-discipline theory and methodology system for track utilization in the inter-city railway passenger station, which will provide both theoretical and technical supports for self-discipline and intelligent management for track utilization in the inter-city railway passenger station in China.
城际铁路是解决城际交通问题最强有效的绿色交通方式,城际铁路客运站是城际客流换乘与集散场所,其作业组织核心是股道运用,自律智能管理是我国城际铁路客运站股道运用的发展方向。本项目将系统研究城际铁路客运站股道运用的自律理论与方法,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。采用本项目所提出的效能识别转移、资源可控排序、骨架协同进化、态势反演恢复和粒度自律涌现等方法,研究城际铁路客运站运输资源效能识别转移、股道运用自律容侵、自律态势演化和协同融合等关键科学问题,构建城际铁路客运站股道运用自律模拟仿真试验平台,设计运输资源效能转移转化机制和股道运用自律容侵机制,揭示股道运用自律态势演化规律和融合涌现规律,提出城际铁路客运站运输资源效能自律、股道运用常态自律、自律恢复和自律融合原理与方法。本项目的研究成果将形成较完善的城际铁路客运站股道运用自律理论与方法体系,为城际铁路客运站股道运用自律智能管理提供理论与技术支持。
城际铁路是解决城际交通问题最强有效的绿色交通方式,城际客运站是城际客流换乘与集散场所;普速、高速和市郊铁路越来越集中地引入同一城际铁路客运站,不同速度和等级列车共站运营,自律智能管理是我国城际铁路客运站股道运用的发展方向。结题课题通过系统深入的研究城际铁路客运站运输资源效能自律、股道运用常态自律、自律恢复和自律融合问题,设计了一套客运站股道运用自律技术与方法,研究成果集中表现在以下几个方面:(1)设计了城际铁路客运站到发线通过能力、基于进路的咽喉通过能力等资源效能定量分析原理,提出了旅客列车到发特征聚类分析和股道运用自律容侵能力瓶颈识别转移技术;(2)给出了基于细粒度描述的客运站运输资源占用起止时间计算方法,明晰了基于轨道电路的股道运用时空干扰机理及疏解策略,提出了城际铁路客运站运输资源配置效率与能力评估及其效能自律技术;(3)设计了城际铁路客运站股道运用多目标优化、图着色调整和效率型计划编制优化原理,构建了基于常态干扰预期的健壮型股道运用资源可控排序模型和算法,设计健壮型股道运用自律容侵机制;(4)提出了客运站股道运用实时调整多目标可控排序与实时决策推理技术,明确了股道运用实时调整模式和策略,设计了基于人机协同的股道运用自律恢复框架,能够在线识别、提取、评估与感知股道运用自律态势,掌握了基于开环控制、多环控制、闭环控制和滚动时域控制的非常态下股道运用自律恢复机制;(5)设计了股道、站台、候车室运用一体化和调机运用编制方法,构建了城际铁路客运站技术作业计划协同编制模型与算法,提出了系列股道运用自律融合技术,研制了客运站股道运用自律仿真系统,构建了股道运用自律模拟仿真试验平台,相关成果已投入实践教学和正在落实成果转化工作。本项目研究成果基本形成了城际铁路客运站股道运用自律理论与方法体系,提出的股道运用自律技术能够为解决我国城际铁路客运站股道运用自律智能管理提供理论与技术支持。
