提升《高校应用数学学报》的水平

The current study of applied mathematics and other related interdisciplinary becoming very active, our journal provides an excellent platform for the exchange. Since 2008 our journal being indexed in SCI-E, it got a good development opportunities and a strong potential for development. Our journal's goal is to become the domestic first-class journal which have some international influence. This requires improvement from collection of articles, editorial expert review, editing, publishing and so on all aspects of the issue. We have established an online editing system which will be put into use in March of this year, so that authors, readers and editors can have better interaction. We have to take advantage of opportunities (such as participating in important academic activities) to collect high quality manuscripts. In order to suit the requirements of internationalization of the journal, we should comprehensively improve service quality and ability to edit, increase the chance for editors to share their knowledge, and strengthen the cooperation with international publishing group Springer and others.

当前应用数学与其它相关学科交叉的研究十分活跃，本刊为之提供了一个优秀的交流平台。自2008年起本刊被SCI-E收录，获得了良好的发展机遇和很强的发展潜力，本刊的努力目标是成为国内一流和有一定国际影响力的学术期刊。为了达到这一目标，必须大力提高刊物的质量。为此需要改善从征收稿件、编委专家评审、编辑加工、出版发行等各个环节。我们已经于今年建立了网上期刊稿件处理系统，将于今年3月份投入使用，以使作者，读者和编者更好的互动；利用各种机会（如参加重要的学术活动）征集优质稿件；全面提高编辑的业务素质和能力，增加编辑交流学习的机会以适应期刊国际化的要求，并加强与Springer等国际大出版集团合作等。

本刊旨在为应用数学研究人员提供一个优秀的交流平台。自2008 年起本刊英文版被SCI-E 收录，获得了良好的发展机遇和很强的发展潜力。本刊的努力目标是成为国内一流和有一定国际影响力的学术期刊。为了达到这一目标，一年来我们努力改善从征收稿件、编委专家评审、编辑加工、出版发行等各个环节的质量。在各种学术活动场合宣传我们的期刊，开拓稿源；同时全面提高编辑的业务素质和能力，增加编辑交流学习的机会以适应期刊国际化的要求，并加强与Springer 等国际大出版集团合作。期刊通过自己的网站和Springe 的网站向读者提供电子版本，让世界各国的读者第一时间看到本刊的文章。
