Novel functions, attractive appearance and joyfully interaction are the most important design features when consumers are in the purchase of products. Due to the huge gap between domestic and overseas products, the three design features have become the key constraints to enhance the technical level and competitiveness of domestic products. Demand mining and industrial design have a great impact on the competitiveness of products, but the research on them is still not enough, also lack of a set of systematic theories and methods. This project will target cars, televisions, and smart phones. And with demand metaphor mapping and design evaluation model as main line, with more accurate demand acquiring, product innovation design multisensory expression and user merriness evaluating as object, with demand metaphor mapping, design expression and user merriness aroused as breakthrough point, with the user experience physical-mental-joyfully interactive metric value joint test as means, to study demand metaphor mapping model, product innovation design multisensory expression method and user experience merriness awakening-imbalance-resolution mechanism. This study puts forward a set of products-demand bidirectional metaphor mapping modeling technology, equivalent small sample user demand clustering algorithm, product innovation design multisensory expression and user merriness guide and purchase desire equivalent method, in order to provide theoretical and technical support for improving consumer product demand mining and industrial design level in our country.
用户在购买消费品时,最看重的是功能新颖、造型美观、交互愉悦三个设计特性。由于与国外产品差距巨大,这三个设计特性已成为制约我国消费品技术水平和竞争力提升的关键要素。需求挖掘与工业设计对产品竞争力影响很大,但目前对需求挖掘、工业设计研究不够,缺乏一套系统的需求挖掘与工业设计理论和方法。本项目以轿车、电视和智能手机为对象,以需求隐喻映射和设计评价建模为主线,以突破用户需求准确挖掘、产品设计多觉表达与用户愉悦度测评三项关键技术为目标,以需求隐喻映射、设计多觉表达与用户愉悦唤醒为切入点,以用户体验生理/心理/交互愉悦度联合测试为手段,系统研究需求隐喻映射模型、产品创新设计多觉表达方法、用户愉悦唤醒/失衡/消解机理,提出一套产品-需求向量隐喻映射建模技术、等价小样本用户需求聚类算法、产品创新设计多觉表达和用户愉悦引导与购买欲望等效方法,为准确挖掘用户需求、提高我国工业设计水平提供理论和前沿技术支撑。
