跨界知识重混下企业颠覆性绿色创新绩效评价与提升策略研究

The development of disruptive green innovation is the key way to achieve the green development and transition in China. Knowledge is the root of disruptive innovation, remixing is an important form of innovation. Cross-border knowledge remixing is the key for enterprises to achieve disruptive green innovation. Based on the theory of disruptive innovation, this study focus on the corporate disruptive green innovation performance in the concept of cross-border knowledge remixing. Firstly, it analyzes the concept of corporate cross-border knowledge remixing, refines the characteristics of corporate disruptive green innovation, and constructs a synthetical evaluation model to measure the performance of corporate disruptive green innovation using some improved data envelopment analysis models. Secondly, it explores the influence of cross-border knowledge remixing on the performance of corporate disruptive green innovation, and collects some related data to test the research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis. Moreover, this research discusses the bounded rationality of the corporate disruptive green innovation behavior in the presence of dual externalities of green innovation and obtains the corporate evolutionarily stable strategy in the process of disruptive green innovation. Finally, this study also designs the strategy of improving the performance of the disruptive green innovation based on the cross-border knowledge remixing. This research has some important theoretical contribution for enriching the theory of disruptive innovation and the theory and method of evaluation. It also provides policy guidance and theoretical guidance for enterprises to carry out disruptive green innovation.

颠覆性绿色创新是实现我国绿色发展转型的关键途径。知识作为颠覆性创新的根源，重混是当今至关重要的颠覆性方式。因此跨界知识重混是企业实现颠覆性绿色创新的关键。本研究在颠覆性创新理论基础上，聚焦于跨界知识重混下企业颠覆性绿色创新绩效研究，首先对企业跨界知识重混进行刻画，提炼企业颠覆性绿色创新特征；构建颠覆性绿色创新绩效综合评价模型，基于改进的数据包络分析方法对企业颠覆性绿色创新绩效进行测量与评价；其次通过理论分析，构建跨界知识重混对企业颠覆性绿色创新绩效的影响关系理论模型，采集相关数据，运用多元回归分析对研究假设进行检验；同时考虑绿色创新的双重外部性，探讨企业颠覆性绿色创新行为的有限理性，求解颠覆性绿色创新过程中企业进化稳定策略。最后制定基于跨界知识重混的企业颠覆性绿色创新绩效提升策略。本研究对丰富颠覆性创新研究和评价理论与方法具有重要的理论意义，为企业开展颠覆性绿色创新提供政策启示和理论指导。

颠覆性技术创新正在创造新产业、新业态。颠覆性创新为我国企业开展绿色低碳创新提供了独特的机遇。颠覆性绿色创新将是实现我国企业绿色发展转型，提升企业绿色竞争力的必然途径。重混是当今至关重要的颠覆性方式，本研究借鉴重混的定义，对产学研跨界合作过程中知识重混内在机理进行分析，构建产学研跨界合作颠覆性绿色创新知识重混多主体仿真模型，研究不同政策工具组合对产学研跨界合作颠覆性绿色创新系统中知识存量的影响。基于生态学理论，从跨界颠覆性绿色创新主体的异质性特征，制定颠覆性绿色创新主体知识重混交互的规则，探索不同创新情景组合对于企业颠覆性绿色创新系统中异质性知识增值的动态影响。考虑企业颠覆性绿色创新的有限理性行为，将前景理论思想嵌入到绩效评价模型中，构建了基于DEA模型的颠覆性绿色创新的绩效评价模型。引入干中学概念，将颠覆性绿色创新生产力指数分解为自主创新和干中学效应，构建考虑干中学效应的全局Malmquist生产力指数模型以及基于公共权重的双年度Malmquist生产力指数（BMPI）模型，对颠覆性绿色创新动态绩效进行评价。从专利视角分析颠覆性绿色创新水平，运用GDIM、LMDI等因素分解方法对绿色创新水平进行分析，识别颠覆性绿色创新水平变化的驱动要素。从时间、地理空间维度分别采用Moran’s I指数及时空地理加权回归（GTWR）模型构建颠覆性绿色创新空间相关性和时空异质性的驱动因素分析模型。考虑绿色创新的双重外部性，探讨企业颠覆性绿色创新行为的有限理性，运用演化博弈理论，探讨颠覆性绿色创新过程中企业进化稳定策略。根据决策者对颠覆性绿色创新的认知差异，将颠覆性绿色创新分为外向型颠覆性绿色创新和内向型颠覆性绿色创新，并提炼不同类型颠覆性绿色创新的特征。基于量子博弈，根据颠覆性绿色创新的分类，探讨颠覆性绿色创新战略选择。本研究对丰富颠覆性创新和绿色创新研究具有理论意义，对创新驱动发展转型，指导企业开展颠覆性绿色创新实践具有现实意义。
