The flexible retirement decision making mechanism and conditions are significant theorectical and policy agand in China. The adjustment in retirement policy is concerned with both for general public interest and for sustainable pension system. The adjustment in retirement policy does make a high complexity and sensiblity and long fluctuaton. The flexible retirement decision making mechanism, as a world wide thorny issue, still provide the theme in one or two sentence. Research on these issues in theorectical,policy and strategic studies still very limited. This study is an explanatory research intended to establish the relationship between the retirement planning behavior and the various factors affecting the retirement policy behavior based on an innovation in research methord and train of thought. This study contributes a clear view through conbin with macroscopic, middle and microscopic view to explore economic,politic,social,culture and social psychology factors to flexible retirement decision making mechanism.This project focus mainly on the feasibilith and accepty in flexible retirement policy adjustment, and support with theorectical model amd behavior model, to analyse how the income, health ,pension reform affect to flexable retirement behavior. Through interaction theory and empirical studies to evaluate the differ flexable retirement decision, this study will provide theorectical and policy basis for Chinese government flexible retirement decision making.
弹性退休政策调整的决策机理及约束条件是我国退休制度改革的重大理论和政策问题,退休政策调整既关乎民众的切身利益,又与我国城乡养老保险制度的可持续发展密切关联。退休政策调整具有高度复杂性、敏感性和长期波动效应。而弹性退休政策调整的决策机理这一世界性难题在中国仍未破题,理论研究、政策研究及战略研究的成果也相当缺乏系统性。本项目通过研究方法与研究思路的创新,研究弹性退休决策机理的关键要素,约束条件和实现条件。力求从宏观、中观、微观考察的结合上,探索影响弹性退休决策机理的经济因素、政治因素、社会文化、社会心理因素及其影响程度。项目以弹性退休政策调整的可行性和可及性为研究重心,在深入分析弹性退休政策调整决策机理的基础上,运用理论模型和行为分析模行,考察人们收入状况、健康及养老保险制度调整对退休行为的影响及其程度.通过对不同退休政策调整效果的分析模拟和评估,最终为我国弹性退休政策的实施提供决策的理论依据
