The resistance of soybean to cotton worm was evaluated by the performance both in plant defoliation and insect development, and two sets of standard cultivars were nominated for these different evaluation methods, respectively. The results from the segregation analysis methods for major genes plus polygene mixed inheretance model showed that both the resistance to cotton worm performed in plant defoliation and insect development were controlled by two major genes plus polygene with high heritability values of major genes. There existed one or two major genes with or without polygene at different developed stages of soybean plants. Two RIL populations with the divergence in insect resistance and some resistant breeding lines were developed. There have been three graduate students conducted the research and four papers have been published.
在对令食叶性害虫综合抗性研究的基础上进一步厂家对斜纹夜蛾专项抗性的鉴定方法与抗性分级标准,筛选优良抗源;研究大豆对斜纹夜蛾抗性的遗传机制,包括植株反应及虫体反应的遗传机;建立具多态性的重组近交家系群体,标记主基因;从抗感杂交群体中进行选择强度试验,考察单株、桥梁逢行、品系阶段的遗传率选择度,从中选育高抗优良家系。
