A novel birefringent crystal ?BaB2O4 with 50mm in diameter,40mm in height has been grown by Czochraskli method. Large-sized and high 杚uality YVO4 has also grown by our patented technique. The effects of the ratio of B2O3 to BaO and seed orientation on the quality of ?BaB2O4 crystal have been discussed. The dislocation density,.crystallization morphology and growth habit of ?BaB2O4 crystal have been systematically studied. The two refractive indices of no and ne are respectively 1.655,1.539,i.e. .n=0.116 and the Sellmier Equation is also deduced. All kinds of optical prism and isolators have been designed.Both of novel compositive ?BaB2O4/?BaB2O4 and YVO4 /Nd:YVO4 /.YVO4 have been proved.
本项目提出来用特殊的提拉法工艺,以高温氧化物结晶装置的专利技术生长新型人工双折射晶体温相偏硼酸钡和钒酸钇。研究生长与结晶习性的质量的关系,从而获得大尺寸高品质人工双折射晶体;同时根据晶体光这质量和光学性质的研究,解决小型化蓝光隔离器中有关传输、温度敏度性和晶体加工工艺等难点,为军用和海底激光通讯提供关键光学元器件。
