知识跨境传导与跨国公司R&D全球化战略研究

随着全球经济一体化，跨国公司的研发活动表现出全球分散化趋势。本项目结合知识管理、网络理论以及企业资源理论等理论，首先讨论知识跨境传导的价值链、传导机制、路径及其动态匹配关系，同时研究跨国公司R&D全球化战略理论、组织模式、知识跨境传导的互动关系。最后，在加入WTO条件下，实证研究我国企业集群内的企业知识传导，以及我国企业在境外实施跨国并购，尤其是对拥有R&D机构的公司的并购，知识跨境传导的作用、机
