The theory and algorithm of swing movable teeth drive have been studied systematically in this project. The project has undertaken research in the following aspects: meshing performance and its influence laws、dynamic model、failure mode、strength、stiffness、dynamics properties、vibration、noise、examination、measure and experiment etc., and thus the theory and method in these fields have been established. The software package of computer aided design for swing movable teeth speed reducer has been developed. A new type of swing movable teeth speed reducer was proposed. A patent has been got, and the swing movable teeth speed reducer has been developed based on it for the first time. The research results have important theoretical meaning and practical value, in engineering and make the swing movable teeth drive have very vast application vistas in the fields of mechanical, architectural and metallurgical engineerings etc.
本课题研究摆动活齿传动啮合特性、动力学模型、失效形式、强度、刚度、动态性能、振动和噪声控制等,研制摆动活齿传动设计和性能分析的软件包及装置,并将建立这些方面的理论和算法,提出新型活齿传动结构型式,迄今为止,国内外在这一领域的研究极少,因此具有重要的理论意义,其研究成果在机械、建筑、冶金等部门的应用开辟了广阔的应用前景。
