转型经济中企业家制度能力对民营企业制度创业的作用机制研究：利益相关者视角

This research is rooted in the entrepreneurial institutional competencies are the necessary competencies of entrepreneurs organizing institutional entrepreneurship in the context of China's transitional economy and the nature of institutional entrepreneurship is to make stakeholders accept new institution, highlight double uniqueness of the transitional economy context and private enterprises' institutional entrepreneurship. Combining institutional entrepreneurship theory with theories of entrepreneurial competencies, organizational legitimacy and stakeholders, this research is to proclaim action mechanisms of entrepreneurial institutional competencies on private enterprises' institutional entrepreneurship in the context of China's transitional economy from the perspective of stakeholders.The research methodologies consist of historical process analysis,case studies,grounded theory,and so on.This research's main topics include the followings:the connotation of entrepreneurial institutional competencies and private enterprises' institutional entrepreneurship;the measurement and influential factors of entrepreneurial institutional competencies;the definition and classification of stakeholders in the process of institutional entrepreneurship;impacts of China's transitional economy on private enterprises' institutional entrepreneurship;on the different stages of institutional entrepreneurship, what are the action mechanisms of entrepreneurial institutional competencies on the private enterprises' institutional entrepreneurship.This research aim at employing and improving institutional entrepreneurship theory under the context of China's transitional economy, providing effective management strategies for private entrepreneurs to organize institutional entrepreneurship successfully and submitting on scientific improvement methods to strengthen entrepreneurial institutional competencies.

本项目立足于企业家制度能力是中国转型经济情境中企业家领导制度创业的必需能力及制度创业的实质是促使利益相关者接受新制度的认识，突出转型经济情境及民营企业制度创业的双重独特性，在制度创业理论基础上，综合企业家能力理论、组织合法性理论、利益相关者理论，采取历史分析法、案例研究法、扎根理论法等研究方法，从利益相关者角度探索性地研究我国转型经济情境中企业家制度能力对民营企业制度创业的作用机制。主要研究企业家制度能力及民营企业制度创业的内涵是什么？如何测量企业家制度能力及其影响因素？如何对制度创业过程中的利益相关者加以界定及分类？我国转型经济对民营企业制度创业有哪些制度性影响？在制度创业的不同阶段，利益相关者视角的企业家制度能力对民营企业制度创业的作用机制是什么？旨在中国情境下应用并推进制度创业理论，并为民营企业家成功领导制度创业提供有效的管理策略，为其提升企业家制度能力提供科学的改进方法。

本项目立足于民营企业家是中国转型经济情境中领导民营企业制度创业的制度创业者及制度创业的实质是促使利益相关者接受新制度的认识，突出转型经济所导致的制度变迁情境对民营企业制度创业的影响，整合制度创业、企业家能力等理论，分析企业家制度能力的内涵并加以科学测量，揭示作为制度创业者的民营企业家制度能力的影响因素，从利益相关者角度探索性、阶段性地研究民营企业家对企业制度创业的作用机制，从而在中国情境下应用并推进制度创业理论，并为民营企业家成功领导制度创业提供有效的管理策略，为其提升企业家制度能力提供科学的改进方法。重要研究结果体现在这些方面。第一，开创性地划分制度创业阶段，第1阶段为变革基础阶段，第2阶段为理论化阶段，第3阶段为扩散化阶段。第二，初步理清制度创业阶段、制度创业策略、利益相关者和合法性之间的逻辑关系，提出了研究框架——SSSL分析框架，这一框架涵盖了制度创业阶段（Stage）、利益相关者（Stakeholder）、制度创业策略（Strategy）和合法性（Legitimacy）。制度创业阶段包括上述三阶段；利益相关者包括核心利益相关者、边缘利益相关者和蛰伏利益相关者；合法性包括规制合法性、规范合法性和认知合法性；制度创业策略包括话语策略、理论化策略、网络策略和文化策略。在不同的制度创业阶段，制度创业者会根据利益相关者核心性程度的不同以及预期获取的合法性类型的不同而选择不同的制度创业策略。第三，揭示完善型和开拓型制度创业中企业家制度能力对民营企业制度创业的作用机制及其两者之间的差异。总体而言，项目研究推进了制度创业理论在中国转型经济情境下的微观意义的表现及其进展，为政府制定优化创业环境的政策及其企业顺利组织制度创业提供了理论指导与对策建议。
