基于地域产业承载系统适配性的产业集群式转移时空演替机理与调控模式研究

The regional industrial bearing system is the spatial carrier of industrial cluster's growth. Industrial clustering transfer is a respones to the unsuitability of industrial bearing system of the region where industrial transfer out, and it is also a respones to the suitability of industrial bearing system of the region where industrial transfer into.Starting with the suitability of regional industrial bearing system, with the matching Space relevance between industrial clustering transfer and regional industrial bearing system for logical line, based on the deep studying on components,structural dimension, functions and characteristics of regional industrial bearing system, this project explores its basic connotation , evaluation system and and measurement methods, and sets up its suitable index, and depicts the space-time differentiation characteristics of its adaptation ability.This project also sets up the space related model between regional industrial bearing system's adaptation ability and space-time succession of industrial clustering transfer, and discusses the space-time succession pattern, and builds a multidimensional control model of industrial clustering transfer based on the regional industrial bearing system,and probes the regionial space control model of industrial clustering transfer.In theory, this research explores the spatial and temporal succession mechanism of industrial clustering transfer, and reveals the basic law of industrial clustering transfer. In the application, this research probes the regulatory path,and the innovation industrial transfer's guiding policies of industrial clustering transfer.So, this research becomes a brand new exploration for the theory of industrial transfer.

地域产业承载系统是产业集群成长的空间载体。产业集群式转移既是转出地产业承载系统"失配"所致，又是承接地产业承载系统"适配"的结果。本项目以地域产业承载系统适配性为切入点，以产业集群式转移与地域产业承载系统的适配空间关联为逻辑主线，在深入研究地域产业承载系统的组成要素、结构维度、功能特征的基础上，探讨地域产业承载系统适配性的基本内涵、评价体系与测度方法，构建地域产业承载系统适配性指数，刻画地域产业承载系统适配能力时空分异特征；构建地域产业承载系统适配能力与产业集群式转移时空演替空间关联模型，研究产业集群式转移的时空演替格局；构建基于地域产业承载系统的产业集群式转移多维调控模型，探讨产业集群式转移地域空间调控模式。本项目研究，从理论上探索产业集群式转移时空演替机理，揭示产业集群式转移基本规律；从应用上探索产业集群式转移调控路径，创新产业转移引导政策。从而成为对产业转移理论的一次全新探索。

本项目研究提出了地域产业承载系统适配性概念，探讨了其本质内涵及测度方法，构建了地域产业承载系统适配性指数，分析了地域产业承载系统适配性的地区差异与时空演替格局；构建了地域产业承载系统与产业集群式转移的空间关联模型，分析产业集群成长与地域产业承载系统的互动关系及动态适配过程，探讨产业集群式转移的典型模式、主要路径与基本条件；构建基于地域产业承载系统的产业集群式转移多维调控模型，仿真模拟产业承载系统变化对产业集群式转移空间格局的影响，提出了产业集群式转移时空引导模式。本项目研究从理论上探索产业集群式转移时空演替机理，揭示产业集群式转移基本规律，创新了产业转移理论；从应用上探索产业集群式转移空间调控模式，科学把握产业转移引导政策着力点，创新了政策分析工具。
