Serious regional pollution of air, water and soil has become the focus of the whole society. Low carbon transition as well as sustainable development is the key task for textile industry since it is one of industry with high energy consumption, high emission and high pollution. The calculation of the carbon footprint for textile products will be very helpful to change current status. Quantification and allocation of Life cyle inventory (LCI) is the core content for product carbon footprint (PCF) calculation. However, it is still an international problem to calculate PCF due to the complicated influening facts as well as tangled relationships. This project will base on the application of economics theory and management theory to solve this engineering problems. This project aims to establish a scientific, reasonable and viable principle and methodology for LCI calculation and allocation. The complicated product life cycle will be decomposed into carbon footprint unit (CFU) with definite relationship as well as clear boundary. This project will set up the principle and methodology for industry carbon footprint (ICF) of product calculation and allocation as well as parametric model and database for CFU, and quantitatively calculate the relationship among products, and set up the calculation method for modular ICF of product accordingly. Then an evaluation system with multi-target, multi-requirement as well as multi-level will be set up, which will consider both sustainable development and cost of production, quality and technology.Finally, a software system will be developed to calculate the modular ICF of textile products for actual application.
空气、水、土壤严重的区域化污染已成为全社会关注的焦点。"低碳转型、可持续发展"成为高能耗、高排放、重污染型纺织行业的当务之急,而纺织产品碳足迹核算是重要抓手。当前国际上产品碳足迹核算核心内容是生命周期清单量化计算与分配,然而,纺织行业复杂的影响因素及纠缠关系使之至今仍为国际性难题。本项目以运用经济学、管理学相关理论来解决工程问题为指导思想,以建立科学、合理、可行的生命周期清单量化计算、分配原则与方法为目标,将产品复杂的生命周期过程分解为关系明确、边界清晰的碳足迹单元,建立产品碳足迹量化、分配原则与方法以及碳足迹单元参数化模型和数据库,确定系统信息的结构、界面及标准,量化产品间关联度,从而构建模块化产品工业碳足迹核算方法。进而以可持续发展为价值导向并兼顾产品生产成本、质量、技术条件,建立多目标、多准则、多层次产品碳足迹评价体系,最终开发模块化纺织产品工业碳足迹核算软件系统将研究成果用到实处。
空气、水、土壤严重的区域化污染已成为全社会关注的焦点。纺织行业存在高能耗、高水耗、高排放、重污染等生产问题,是国家节能减排重点管控对象,而纺织产品碳足迹核算是重要抓手。.针对纺织产品品种繁多、生产工序链复杂、关联产业密集、管理粗放、自动化程度不高、劳动力密集等特点,本项目以运用经济学、管理学相关理论来解决工程问题为指导思想,以建立科学、合理、可行的生命周期清单量化计算、分配原则与方法为目标,将产品复杂的生命周期过程分解为关系明确、边界清晰的碳足迹单元,建立产品碳足迹量化、分配原则与方法以及碳足迹单元参数化模型和数据库,确定系统信息的结构、界面及标准,量化产品间关联度,构建模块化产品工业碳足迹核算方法,重点解决①纺织产品碳足迹核算边界的界定原则;②生产过程中共生产品的能耗、物耗分配方法;③生产过程中常用能源、物料碳足迹排放系数数据库;④纺织产品碳足迹核算时的分类原则;⑤纺织企业碳减排评估方法五大类关键技术问题。.在10余家企业、23种代表性纺织产品上验证了“模块化产品工业碳足迹核算方法及评价体系”,开发了纺织产品工业碳足迹核算软件系统,实现纺织工业碳足迹的准确核算及合理评价。.在基础理论、核算示范、应用实践、行业推广、人才培养等方面执行情况良好,超额完成各项成果产出。
