The present study is focused on occupation stress and occupation burnout highlight of primary and middle schools teachers that affect their healthy occupation career development and cause the real occupation career management problems. The study is aimed at constructing the model of the relation among school teachers' character strengths, psychological capital and their occupation career development, based on positive psychology to inspire individual active power balance concept, with interviews, questionnaires, modeling method and statistical techniques included. The research contents consist of four aspects: firstly, primary and middle school teachers' character strengths and psychological capital research, to determine the teachers' psychological capital composition content; secondly, teachers' psychological capital and occupation career development, to explore individual positive forces on their balance or moderate mechanism, and they may be established relationship; thirdly, psychological capital interpersonal transmission to the teachers' psychological capital, occupation career development influence research, and the construction of teachers' psychological capital and occupation career development model, and the model and application study of the model modified; and fourthly, development and countermeasure research that facilitates teachers' psychological capital and occupation career development. Therefore, the study will not only promote the teachers' occupation career actively and provide new development view, coping strategies, but also open up new fields for school management, teacher development research.
本项目针对我国中小学教师职业压力过大、职业倦怠突出这一影响职业生涯发展及管理中的难题,引入积极心理学注重激发个体积极力量的平衡作用观,运用访谈、问卷调查、模型化等方法及相关的统计技术,构建基于我国中小学教师性格优点、心理资本及与职业生涯发展关系的模型。主要研究内容包括四个方面:第一,中小学教师性格优点与心理资本关系研究,以确定教师心理资本的构成内容;第二,教师心理资本对职业生涯发展关系研究,以探索个体积极力量对职业生涯发展的平衡或调节作用及机制,它们之间可能建立的关系。第三,心理资本人际传递对教师心理资本、职业生涯发展影响研究,并由此构建教师心理资本与职业生涯发展关系模型,并对模型进行应用研究以修正。第四,开发、提升教师心理资本促进职业生涯发展的对策研究。为此,本项目研究不仅将为促进教师职业生涯积极发展提供新的认识视角、应对策略,还将开拓学校管理、教师成长研究的新领域。
首先,我们围绕着中小学教师心理资本的构成内容及其与职业生涯发展关系,从心理资本、性格优点的性质与特点以及我国文化、中小学教师群体特点多方面展开研究,获取了反映中小学教师心理资本特点的结构并编制了问卷,为相关研究提供了研究工具。.然后,对中小学教师个人心理资本与职业生涯发展关系的主效应、影响机制及边界条件,教师心理资本的传递作用,提升教师心理资本的对策等展开了系统研究,取得了一系列有特色的研究成果。文章被他人多次引用。研究结果不仅可丰富相关理论,对指导学校的有效管理也凸显实践意义。
