The key of wheat stripe rust prevention and control in China is the disease integrated management in the northwest where the fungus oversummering, and which has expanded recently, increase the region of Dingxi and Linxia in Gansu province, even the east of Qinghai province and others. Wheat stripe rust in Hexi region in Gansu province were selected in this study, the disease monitoring and forecasting in this region were studied through the macroscopic investigation, pathogen monitoring and the appraisal of resistance level of wheat , and then the effect of wheat stripe rust in Hexi region in Gansu Province to the disease in the northwest of China where the fungus oversummering will be studied combine with meteorological factors. The relationship among the pathogen population from Longzhong region, Longnan region, Longdong region and Qinghai Province in which the fungus oversummering and Hexi region were also studied by the methods of population genetics research. The results will help to improve the understand of disease epidemic of wheat stripe rust in the northwest of China where the fungus oversummering. And this study will be one explore of wheat stripe rust in China under climate change.
小麦条锈菌西北越夏区综合治理是我国小麦条锈病防控的重点,近年研究结果表明,我国小麦条锈菌西北越夏区范围已扩大,增加了陇中地区的定西、临夏及青海省海东等地区。本研究选取甘肃省河西地区小麦条锈病的发生情况为研究对象,通过宏观调查、病原菌监测及品种抗病性水平鉴定等手段进行河西地区小麦条锈病灾变预警研究,进而结合气象因素分析河西小麦条锈病对我国小麦条锈菌西北越夏区的作用;通过群体遗传学研究河西地区小麦条锈菌群体与来自陇中、陇南、陇东及青海等小麦条锈菌西北越夏区病原菌群体间的关系,其成果将有助于完善对我国小麦条锈菌西北越夏区小麦条锈病流行体系的研究,是对当前气候变化条件下我国小麦条锈病发生流行新情况的探索。
