As an important means to the integration and resource optimization for enterprises to create value, the alliance portfolio between enterprises has got highlight at present from both the managements and researchers. But so far, its successful cases have rarely been found. The reason lies in the fact that the academic research on this field is falling behind-its theoretical research has deviated from the most essential part of enterprises-to create value; its theoretical research has failed to penetrate into the constructions of alliance portfolio's governance mechanism, its management methods or models; and its theory can not guide the practice of enterprises. Therefore, starting from the perspective of value creation of any enterprises, this project intends to fill in a vacancy in alliance portfolio research by doing all-sided study. On its theory, an intensive study is conducted to interpret the content, affecting factors and internal mechanism in alliance portfolio. On the methods, a four-dimensional model concerning governance mechanism in alliance portfolio is set up , with four dimensions of which refering to transaction governance-interrelation governance-knowledge governance-partner governance. On the management, a governance mechanism that is benefitcial to value creation for enterprises in alliance portfolio is proposed. On real practice, an impirical test is applied to test some typical enterprises in alliance portfolio in order to conclude those cases.Hopefully, the research findings in this project will make up for vacancy in alliance portfolio research. Meanwhile, the findings will have significantly theoretical and practical effect on the implementation of alliance portfolio strategy for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness, thus boosting the upgrading and adjustment of Chinese industry.
当前,企业联盟组合作为企业资源优化整合、创造价值的一种重要手段越来越受到企业管理者和学术研究者的重视。但就目前企业实践现状来看成功的案例不多,其原因是相关的理论研究滞后于实践,缺乏从企业最本质的价值创造视角去研究联盟组合问题,理论不能指导企业的实践。因此本课题基于企业价值创造的视角,从理论上,研究联盟组合的内涵、影响因素及内在机理;从方法上,构建"交易治理-信任关系治理-知识治理-伙伴关系治理"四维联盟组合治理机制构建方法模型;从管理上,提出适合企业价值创造的联盟组合治理机制和管理模式;从实践上,实证考察研究典型企业的联盟组合,总结案例。本课题的研究成果将弥补这一方面理论研究的遗缺,对企业实施联盟组合战略、提高核心竞争能力,为西部欠发达地区企业赶超提供可操作性的方法和路径都有着重要理论和实践意义。
