Flow measurement takes very important place at the metering and monitoring system. However, people are trying to find a more convenient,shortcut, economical measurement method because of its difficulty. In this paper, it is studied theoretically and experimentally in detail for the non-inserting flow measurement and put forward the method of pressure-flow measurement applying strain piece system. The following are 国家自然科学基金资助项目结题报告4involved: Generalize the emergence, importance, goal and meaning of the project; review the history, state of art and development in the field of non-invasive flow measurement and fault diagnosis for hydraulic ystem.Summarize systematically the pipeline dynamic modeling theory and its development in recent years, which are the basis of research on flow measurement non-invasively for pipeline. Put forward a new method of the flow measurement non-invasively for pipeline and describe the operating principle and experiment scheme of the new method.Describe the principle of the strain measurement in the dynamic and static states; demonstrate the feasibility of shape change measurement applying for strain measurement and describe its limitation. Describe the experiment equipment applying in the research, including the rig, data collection system and provide the experiment repetition. Deduce the flow maths expression basing dynamic modeling, then design the program in the Matlab by the expression and woke out the flow value. Also compare it with the value of the standard flowmeter in the rig and prove the validity of this method..
