中国城市失业现状及其对策

Referring to the latest theories on employment and unemployment and.based on the reports of ILO, OECD and EU, this program detailed inspects the overall causes of the changes of urban employment structure and the unemployment growth by the means of statistics and metriceconomic in accordance with China’s special background which includes the globalization, transition of economic institution, the change of industrial structure, the growth of GDP, progression of technology and so on. Through this program, on one hand, we have largely expanded and developed the exiting employment/unemployment theory. China as a macroeconomic case during the transition of the economic institution.contributes a lot to the development of the employment and.unemployment theories both home and aboard. On the other hand, it.provides us with an overall understanding of the current employment.structure and the causes of unemployment, which result in a good.reference to the different-leveled government when they make the related.employment polices.
