The key program has been fulfilled according to the research plan and.adapted partially. Visual mixer and twin-screw extruder-online collection and analysis system of SALS have been set up in Tianjin University. Online.sampling experiments have been performed to selected polymer alloys. The morphology formation and evolution of structure of multi-phase polymers has been studied. The fractal character on evolution of phase structure has been founded. The formulation of transiton layer between phases has been deducted and the Wu’s mathmatic model has been revised.The extruding process of solid transport, melting and liquid transport in the condition of conventional screw elements in the non-intermeshing,intermeshing co-rotating and counter-rotating twin-screw extruder has been investigated theoretically by Beijing University of Chemical & Technology. Novel screw elements and simple online sampling device have been designed. Experiments of online collection and analysis of SALS have been undertaken by both Tianjin University and Beijing University of Chemical & Technology. The experiment data of novel screw have been achieved, and a number of Ph.D and Master graduates have been cultivated.
按计划全面完成本重点项目研究计划书中的内容,同时进行了适当调整和增加。天津大学组建了可视化密炼机和双螺杆挤出机—光散射在线采集与分析系统。对选定的聚合物合金进行在线试验,并同时取样。研究了多相聚合物相结构的形成与演化规律,发现了其分形特性,推导了光散射数据计算相间过渡层的公式,修正了Wu 等的数学模型。北京化工大学对啮合同向、啮合异向双螺杆挤出过程常规螺纹元件的固体输送、熔融、熔体输送以及非啮合双螺杆挤出过程进行了理论研究;设计了新型螺杆元件;研制出简便的在线取样装置。两校合作在化工大学的设备上进行了光散射在线采集与分析试验,取得了新型螺杆元件的挤出数据,此间培养了一批博士和硕士研究生。
