Human-land relationship has always been the core of geography research, the coupled and integrated interaction among system elements and its components on a small scale or crossing-scales is the main challenge facing by current scientific communities in the field of human-land relationship research. The big story at the opening of the twenty-first century regarding human-land system is the move from the alleged certainties of the modernist era to the uncertainties of the post modern, and moreover, a good deal of writing in human geography seems to be removing itself from responsibility about making any definitive statement concerning human-land system, the key reason behind these is due to spatial-temporal scales focused studies carried out in the past decades instead of integrating the organizational scale into human-land system and lack of the research on the crossing-scales investigation. This project, by taking the Tiexi district in Shenyang city as the centered studying case and taking the Sheyang city and Shenyang Economic Zone as referred cases, firstly, establish the index system under the rules of "spatial, temporal and organizational scales" and decomposed the attached information of each indicator; then, a model based on the scales-crossing will be developed based on the roadmap of "two-routes and four directions" , which helps to improve the ability of multi-dimensions observation, description and modeling explanation on the evolution of human-land system; then, an approach for policy interruption which aims to improve the sustainability of human-land system based on organizational elements regulation will be proposed. This study aims to investigate the structural characters of the human-land subsystems and their elements as well, to clarify the information transfer route between different scales, and to meet the qualitative and quantized analysis on human-land system. The outcomes of this research is designed to rich the human-land study and theories and methods of human-geography research, and contribute to the human-land systemic optimization as well.
人地关系素来是地理学研究核心,系统要素在小尺度和跨尺度上的相互作用是人地关系研究的主要挑战;人地研究在后现代主义时代所面临的不确定性及其关于精确阐述的缺乏,其重要原因归结于既有研究相对集中于时空尺度而缺乏在组织尺度的深入理解与多尺度耦合现象上的解析。以沈阳市铁西区为核心与落脚点,以沈阳市与沈阳经济区为拓展,首先构建基于时间、空间和组织的多尺度表征体系,阐明指标属性及尺度信息;进而通过"双轴四向"的多尺度建模,实现对人地演化的多维观察、描述及模型化解释;随后基于组织调控视角提出区域人地关系可持续优化的政策干预方案并阐明其科学基础。本研究旨在揭示不同类型人文与环境系统及其要素载体在时空与组织上的结构特征,阐明其在各尺度以及跨尺度之间的信息转移过程,以实现对微观尺度人地关系演化的精确阐述,从而在理论与实证上都能对人地研究体系进一步补充完善,丰富人文地理学研究理论与方法,促进人地关系优化与调控。
以沈阳市铁西区为核心与落脚点,以沈阳市与沈阳经济区为拓展,系统开展人地关系演化机理及调控研究,建立了微观尺度人地关系演化多尺度响应的方法指南,为中观和宏观尺度的人地关系研究提供科学认知基础。以人地地域系统可持续分析为主线,开展文献综述,并在SCI/SSCI收录期刊杂志Sustainability组织专辑;结合生态风险及健康风险评估等方法,从城市功能重构视角建立了老工业区土地利用编码新体系;采用能值分析等生态经济方法研究老工业区可持续性演化,构建区域可持续发展时空综合评价测度模型,实现了多维集成解析;通过全产业链的方式建立了镁产业温室气体系统测算框架,揭示了主要产业生态系统的基准坏境因子,为人地地域系统下的产业经济系统定量分析提供了基础方法学;揭示了沈阳经济区城际客运交通交互作用及其环境影响,阐明了城市间间客运交通大气污染物和温室气体排放量与目的地城市经济发展关联性及改进措施;与德国同行等合作,开展铁西区在一带一路倡议下的产业转型路径及对比;建立大数据分析方法与研究范式,创新了人地关系研究的新路径;在《地理科学》、《Journal of Urban Planning and Development》等主流期刊发表系列文章38篇,专利软件等5项,获得中国地理学会“地理大数据计算环境优秀案例”等若干重要奖项7次;部分研究成果被辽宁省科技厅等采纳,并转化为政策文件发布;初步形成了东北老工业区人地关系研究团队,并完成研究环境-经济-地理大数据采集400余万条,形成包含POI数据、手机信令数据、人口分布数据、建筑轮廓数据等各类新电子数据775G,对于后续进一步开展理论创新、方法创新和系统创新提供了研究积累。。
