中国农业技术推广组织、行为及其体制改革研究

Various Chinese agricultural technique extension stations have been faced.with great pressures since late 1990s. Currently, many local extension stations,.especially those on township levels, are only in nominal existence. The research.focused on institutional aspect of agricultural technical extension in China, such as agricultural technical extension agencies and institution. Based on empirical findings, the research achieved to address problem of agricultural technical extension.in China and gave policy recommendations on how to further institutional reforms on agricultural technical extension in China. The policy recommendations have been used as one of basic references by Ministry of Agriculture and other decision-makers for further reforms on agricultural technical extension system in China. Twenty journal articles have been published and six unpublished articles have been written up based on this research. Evaluations on the research will be made between June and.July, 2003, during which period an academic workshop will be held.

目前我国农业科研、推广与农民技术需求间存在着脱节，农业生产资源与环境面临着威胁，农产品市场将受到加入世贸组织的冲击。我国农民农业生产的收比例下降，采用新技术的交易费用加大，农业技术推广活动正面临着挑战。本研究旨在探讨建立农业技术服务产业的可能性，提出协调农业技术推广各环节行为的有效措施，促进农业技术快速进入千家万户。.
