To develop ecological economy is an important way in regional sustainable development. Damp and hot Karst areas in China are typical poverty and ecological fragile area. In past years, quite plenty of ecological development and anti-poverty measurement have been performed in these areas by the government. However, few of them led to expected results. The proposed study aims at providing with theoretical support for the ecological economy of the study area, including the referential modes of ecological economy development in limestone mountain areas. In this study, the Hongshui river basin is selected as case study area. The important tasks includes: 1. Based on the field work and collection of original data, we systematically analyzed the characteristics, evolution and its mechanism of the ecosystem structure of research zone and revealed the action mechanisms of major limiting factor on ecosystem; 2. Oriented on the object of regional over-all well-off society building, we used systematic orderly analytics to construct a index system of regional ecological economy development and applied it to the assessment and prediction on the progress of the ecological economy of research zone; 3. Based on the evolution mechanism of the ecosystem of the Hongshui river basin, we analyzed the differential laws of the eco-economy function of the Hongshui river basin and divided eco-economy functional zones and sub-zones from top to bottom by the methods of leading mark method and spatial overlay analysis; we investigated the eco-economy development mode of the Hongshui river basin and put forward the guarantee measures of implementing this development mode. In our project,regional development reality will be paid attention to and combined,and the regional ecological economy development process also be evaluated and analyzed. Ihe results will help to increase the foreseeability of ecological economy development and provide theory basis for the economic development of the Hong Shui river basin.
生态经济建设是实现区域可持续发展战略的重要途径。近年来我国政府加大对岩溶山区等生态脆弱和经济贫困区的生态治理和反贫困工作,但效果欠佳。深刻认识湿热岩溶山区等特殊复合生态系统的演变机理可望为这些区域生态建设和经济发展提供科技支撑。红水河流域是典型的湿热岩溶山区和广西贫困区,生态环境脆弱,少数民族聚居。本项目针对复合生态系统和生态经济研究的薄弱环节,以广西红水河流域为对象,依托区位优势剖析湿热岩溶山区复合生态系统的结构特征、演变过程及其动力机制,厘定主要限制因子及其对系统的影响,建立湿热岩溶山区生态经济功能分区特色指标体系及区域生态经济发展指标体系,评估、预测研究区生态经济发展进程,提出红水河流域生态经济发展的科学模式。本项目研究重视联系区域发展实际,评估分析研究区生态经济发展进程,成果将有助于增加生态经济发展的可预见性,为红水河流域生态经济建设提供理论依据。
本研究综合运用地质学、地理学、山地系统科学、生态经济学、可持续发展理论等相关学科知识,资料收集、实地考察和文献查询相结合,点、面与空间分析相结合,定性和定量分析相结合,辅以RS和GIS高新技术调查和分析手段,在建立红水河流域基础地理、生态经济专题数据库的基础上,于下列方面研究取得了重要的进展:(1)红水河流域社会-生态系统脆弱性评价;(2)红水河流域植被覆盖度与地形因子相关性分析;(3)广西红水河流域人居环境适宜性评价;(4)红水河流域水文信息提取与分析;(5)湿热岩溶山区生态经济功能分区特色指标体系与生态经济功能区划;(6)湿热岩溶山区县级小尺度生态经济功能区划方法;(7)湿热岩溶山区复合生态系统基本特征及其演化机制;(8)湿热岩溶山区生态经济发展指标体系的设计与实证;(9)湿热岩溶山区生态经济发展模式;(10)红水河流域景观格局演变及其驱动因子分析;(11)广西红水河流域县域贫困度综合评价。通过项目的开展,取得了重要的系列研究成果,首创出湿热岩溶山区以行政村级地域单位为基本划分单元的小尺度生态经济区划方法,提出大新县生态经济发展的科学模式——泛旅游产业联动发展模式,对区域生态经济建设具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。截止目前为止,共发表学术论文13篇,其中SCI、SSCI收录论文2篇,中文核心期刊论文1篇;在科学出版社出版专著1部,成果获广西第十四次社会科学优秀成果三等奖;支持培养青年教师4名,硕士研究生7名。总体来看,项目的研究基本按原项目设计计划进行,取得成果基本达到了项目的预期目标。
