Based on the method of design for assembly (DFA), the expression and processing techniques of multi-knowledge for injection molds have been reseached. The assembly and evaluation models of injection molds have been established and the assembly connections and association of the structural dimensions are achieved. A knowledge-based and DFA integrated system for injection molds has been developed. A three-dimensional realistic filling and post-filling simulation has also been accomplished. This simulation based on solid/surface models breaks the bottleneck which restricts the development and applications of injection molding simulation systems, and makes the large-scale application of the simulation possible. Three PhD theses, one monograph and eight pieces of papers in foreign periodicals have been completed. First-class Chinese Colleges Award of Science and Technolgy and Second-class National Award of Science and Technolgy Development have been granted.
采用面向装配的设计方法,研究用于塑料注射模并进行设计的多知识表达和处理方式,建立模具装配和评价模型,实现模具装配关系和结构尺寸的关联,完成三维真实感塑料注射成形过程模拟和模具工作过程动态仿真,形成基于知识、面向装配的塑料注射模集成化系统,改变模具设计中传统的串行式思维方式与设计方法,显著提高塑性注射模的设计效率和质量。
