Electroanalytical chemistry was successfully applied in medicine, pharmacy, physiology, and pathobiology in the research program. Through experiment, animal models of PVS and Parkinson's disease were established. Uitramicrosenors have been used to measure biological message moleculars of animal models in vivo. Some new analytical methods were worked up by combined microdialysis with HPLC-EC technology. Dynamical and multidimensioned detection of message moleculars were achieved through application of microdialysis, HPLC-EC and nano array sensors. In addition, pharmacological experiment of PVS and Parkinson's disease were found by concentration change of message moleculars after drug treatment. New methods of nervous system injure and repair were found by electrochemical technology
建立“植物人”的动物模型,用新型微渗析采样技术与HPLC、CE电化学检测联用,监测“植物人”脑组织中生物分子的变化;研制新型超微电极和生物芯片,建立瞬时、无损活体分析方法;制备DNA电化学探针,对“植物人”DNA损伤及片段识别进行研究。确立“植物人”病理及治疗模型,为电分析化学在神经科学、生物医学中的应用开辟新的领域。
