中国海南岛黎族五个支系 mtDNA谱系的分布与起源研究

本研究拟对黎族五个支系、海南仡隆和三亚占人等7个人群线粒体D环高变区序列HVS1进行测序并对 mtDNA编码区16个多态位点用RFLP方法进行分析，通过综合利用RFLP和HVS系统，对7个人群的mtDNA多态性进行基因分型，根据东亚mtDNA谱系树，结合HVS和RFLP的特征突变推断每一个体mtDNA的单倍型，采用AMOVA、主成分分析及网络分析等数理统计学方法描述群体之间内部mtDNA单体群之间的系统关系，对黎族人群母系基因库的构成做出总体描述，通过与文献报道的其他人群的mtDNA数据进行多样性比较，推断黎族人群mtDNA谱系的起源和迁徙。进一步结合我们已获得的Y-DNA数据分析，从母系和父系遗传两个角度为黎族人群的族源研究、遗传学分析及东亚人群进化研究提供分子生物学数据，推出不同群体间的渊源关系，结合考古学、历史学及社会学等研究综合分析，阐明黎族人群在人类迁徙和融合过程中的位置与作用。
