There are nearly two million rounds of chemical weapons have been buried in our land by Japanese during the world war 2, including Mustard gas, Lewisite, Dibenzylchloroarsine and Dibenzylcyanarsine, which should be destroyed by 2007, as a rull of the Internation Treaty on forbidden of chemical warfare. In America,by using a serial incinerators several hundred tons of chemical warfare of Mustard gas and Lewisite have been destroyed successfully at Johenston island. The mission of our project is to sduty of the decomposition of Mustard gas and some of the related agents with concentrating on the bond broken mechanism, especially the chlorine-carbon bond in these materials, and to determine thire reaction rate constants. The mission of these project has been reached, which provided a scientific basis for the incineration destruction of related chemical warfare.
