基于平灾空间转换的城市公园绿地避震减灾功能布局研究

In the highly developed modern city, urban green space works on the main function of the disaster reduction . As the first principle of park space planning, the combination function of disaster and daily time the main method to ensure that city park space could give full play to its function of disaster prevention. And among them, the functional space form is the key to the success of escape behavior. As a result, this topic is a method research for functional space conversion of existing park planning and construction, based on that is an important position and role in urban disaster prevention system. We take quantitative simulation and three-dimensional space analysis, in order to find out reasonable and effective way to combination of recreational function at ordinary times and the disaster prevention functions, make the limited space of park could play the greatest function in urban disaster reduction.

在现代城市中公园绿地在城市避震减灾工作中承担着重要的避震减灾功能。目前平灾结合是保证城市公园绿地在灾害发生时能充分发挥其防灾减灾功能的重要途径，而在其中对功能性空间形态的合适有效的平灾转换模式又是影响避难行为成功与否的关键。本课题基于城市公园绿地在城市防灾体系中的重要地位和作用，针对当前现有公园的改造和未来的规划建设，对城市避震减灾公园绿地在功能空间上的平灾转换方法进行系统研究，运用空间量变分析和三维空间模拟的方法，对避震减灾公园绿地的空间关系进行研究，提出以改善平灾转换中防灾功效性为导向的城市避震减灾公园绿地空间的布局策略和设计方法，以期通过合理有效的途径将公园绿地的防灾避险功能与平时的休闲游憩功能有机结合，使得有限空间的公园绿地在灾害发生时和发生后可最大程度的发挥避震减灾的功能，有效的减少灾害对城市和人类带来的危害。
