At present, the bottleneck of the slow development of rural buildings in our country is that the external wall insulation technology is not suit for rural areas and the building energy saving system is not complete for rural buildings. And the research of rural self-insulation buidling in GuanZhong area is weak at the same time. Based on the analysis of multi-component comninations of self-insulation block, this project is taking the GuanZhong rural building as object and taking the database supplement of self-insulation block optimization design and the complete system of GuanZhong rural self-insulation building as research objectives. Using MLR statistical approach to analyze the array of multi-component comninations of self-insulation block, using contrastive analysis method to optimize design the self-insulation block,which mothod is based on the impact factor of refernce value witn multi-component comninations, design the rural self-insulation building by controlling the physical parameters of comfortable indoor thermal enviroment in GuanZhong rural area. The project not only completed the database of self-insulation optimization design and the system of rural self-insulation building in GuanZhong, but also responded the national strategic needs,such as the development of rural building energy saving system with The thirteenth Five-Year Plan. We hope to provide useful reference for rural self-insulation building research in other areas.
围绕我国乡村建筑节能发展缓慢、外墙外保温技术的不适用及适合在乡村地区推广使用的建筑节能体系尚未完善的瓶颈制约,针对关中乡村自保温建筑体系的研究较为薄弱的现象,本研究以自保温砌块多元因素交叉组合的分析为出发点,以关中地区乡村建筑为研究对象,以补充自保温砌块优化设计数据库、完善关中地区乡村自保温建筑体系为研究目标,通过多元线性回归统计方法分析自保温砌块多元因素交叉组合序列、以多元因素交叉组合基准值的影响因子对比分析进行自保温砌块性能优化设计,通过控制室内热环境物理参数满足室内舒适度的需求进行关中地区乡村自保温建筑体系的设计。本课题既有效补充了自保温砌块性能优化设计数据库、完善了关中乡村地区自保温建筑体系设计,也响应国家“十三五”规划对于乡村建筑节能发展提出的战略需求,为其他乡村地区自保温建筑的研究提供有益参考。
随着我国乡村建筑面积的逐渐增加,乡村建筑能耗也成为我国建筑能耗的四大组成之一。如何“有效的降低建筑能耗、改善室内热环境、控制碳排放”成为乡村建筑节能设计的重点与难点。“十四五”规划对于乡村建筑节能提出了更为具体的要求,即通过适宜性的节能技术的推广,全面推进乡村建筑节能的发展。本项目通过实地调研、实测分析、问卷调查了解了关中乡村的节能现状。依据外部影响因素,通过正交试验法、多元线性回归分析法进行自保温多孔砖内部多元因素组合及内部传热机理的分析,并依据内部传热机理结合乡村实际应用选定自保温多孔砖最优砖型。以自保温建筑能耗影响单因素分析为基础,通过正交试验法明确了不同能耗控制目标下自保温建筑能耗影响因素的主次关系及多元因素的最优组合,建立适用于关中乡村地区的自保温建筑体系,运用数值模拟法对其能耗和室内热环境控制技术进行了分析。本项目研究成果从关中乡村地区现有的经济发展水平、施工技术水平以及住户意愿等方面,对于完善关中乡村自保温建筑节能体系、推动关中乡村建筑节能发展都具有较好的实际应用价值。
