区域环境异质性对创新驱动区域经济发展模式转型的影响研究

From the perspective of regional environmental heterogeneity, this project adopt the methods of econometric analysis, spatial analysis, questionnaire survey and others, and builds a new theoretical framework, which focuses on regional environmental, innovation and economic development model transformation. This project chooses China's 288 prefecture level cities (including the municipality directly under the central government) as empirical cases, systematically analyses the mechanism of action, forming conditions, and evolutionary process of regional economic development model transformation driven by innovation, and then analyses time and space coupling of innovation and regional economic development model transformation. By introducing the regional environmental factors, this project discusses the impacts of regional environment on economic development model transformation driven by innovation. Then this project quantitatively analyses the impacts of single environmental factor and factor combinations on economic development model transformation driven by innovation, and put forward the environmental conditions of successful transformation of regional economic development model driven by innovation. By combining the typical case at home and abroad, the project puts forward the regional economic development transformation path of China’s different regions relying on innovation drive. This research will provide theoretical and practical guidance for China’s different regions so as to implement strategy of innovation-driven transformation development according to local conditions.

本项目从区域环境异质性的研究视角出发，以中国288个地级市（含直辖市）为研究对象，采用计量分析、空间分析、问卷调查等研究方法，构建区域环境、创新与经济发展模式转型的分析框架，系统分析创新驱动区域经济发展模式转型的作用机制、形成条件，研究创新驱动下中国区域经济发展模式的演变过程，以及创新与区域经济发展模式转型的时空耦合；探讨区域环境对创新驱动中国经济发展模式转型的影响机制，定量分析区域环境单项因子以及区域环境要素组合对创新驱动经济发展模式转型的影响，提出创新驱动经济发展模式成功转型的区域环境条件；并结合国内外典型案例剖析，提出中国不同区域依靠创新驱动经济发展模式转型的路径，为中国各区域制定因地制宜的创新驱动、转型发展战略提供理论和实践指导。

本项目从区域环境异质性研究视角出发，运用计量分析、网络分析、空间分析、田野调查等研究方法，引入“技术-组织-区域”三位一体理论等，分析创新驱动经济发展模式转型的理论基础，以中国地级以上城市和16种典型区域经济发展模式为研究对象，分析我国区域经济发展模式转型的演变过程，以及创新驱动区域经济发展模式转型的作用机制与作用效果，总结我国创新驱动区域经济发展模式转型的一般规律应；并以“产业分叉”与“机会窗口”理论、全球—地方创新网络理论等为基础，分析区域环境异质性对创新驱动发展模式转型的影响机制，重点聚焦本地知识基础、创新平台、创新政策等重要创新环境因子，以及综合考虑全球创新环境与本地创新环境因子叠加，对不同区域环境因子对创新驱动发展的影响机制与影响效果进行分析；最后综合提出不同区域完善区域环境，实现创新驱动发展的路径。
