锁相列阵激光器超短光脉冲的研究是一项十分有意义的研究课题,这种高功率,窄脉宽的超短光脉冲具有广泛的应用。我们课题组自承担该项研究课题以来,设计和研制了锯齿形衬底内条形锁相列阵激光器设计和研制了燕尾槽衬底内条形锁相列阵激光器,与中科院半导体所协作研制了的质子轰击条形锁相列阵激光器。器件直流最高输出功率达500mW,测得的最窄光脉冲宽度为150PS,最高重复频率950MH2,最高峰值脉冲功率为1.2W,填补了国内空白。
