中西部地区高校运筹学青年教师培训班

The project aims to offer a 21-days training to more than 80 college teachers in optimization who come from the 8 provinces in the central area and the 4 provinces and cities in the western region such as Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Guangxi. The main training contents are divided into three directions such as course learning, teaching methods and reform, scientific research. The Training theme is “The optimal modeling and methods in big data and depth learning ”. The training mainly contains: (1) Learning for three core operational research course. We will invite experts home and abroad on operational research to carry out the basic course training; (2) In the module of teaching method and reform, we will invite experts to carry out the training on teaching information technology and construction of online open course; (3) For the module of scientific research, we also invite experts to give guidance on the hot issues and scientific research abilities of operational research. The successful implementation of the project will promote the college teachers in optimization from the central and western regions to make brilliant progress on the course teaching, the educational reform of teaching methods under the environment of information and the scientific research abilities. Moreover, the training project will promote the construction of the subject contingent of optimization in the universities in the central and western regions and reduce the gap between the central and western regions and the east area on the college education level and thus to promote the balanced development of higher education in different areas.

本项目拟对来自中部地区8省和西部四川、重庆、贵州和广西4省市的100名高校运筹学青年教师和在读博士进行为期21天的培训。培训由课程学习、教学方法与改革、科学研究三个模块组成。培训主题为“大数据及深度学习中的优化模型与方法”，具体内容包括： （1）课程学习模块，由运筹学专业3门核心课程组成，拟邀请国内外运筹学专家对学员开展运筹学核心课程教学培训；（2）教学方法与改革模块，拟邀请专家针对运筹学课程的教学信息化和在线开放课程建设开展培训；（3）科研学术模块，拟邀请专家针对运筹学方向的前沿问题、青年教师科研能力培养等开展专题讲座。该项目的顺利实施，将有效提升中西部高校运筹学青年教师在核心课程教学、信息环境下教学方法改革与创新、科学研究等方面的能力，加强中西部高校运筹学学科队伍建设，有效促进中西部地区高等教育的均衡化发展。
