Ultra-wideband and millimeter wave radio astronomy receiver is moving in the direction of development.Microwave and millimeter wave circuit system is the trend of high performance, high reliability, miniaturization, low cost, ease of integration and processing.The traditional metal waveguide and microstrip line defects because of its structure, has been can not meet the requirement of the circuit design in millimeter wave band.Substrate integrated waveguide is in recent years the rise of a new kind of microwave transmission structure,it combines a series of advantages between metal waveguide and microstrip line,such as:high Q, low loss just like metal waveguide;small size,light weight,low cost,easy to be processed and integrated like microstrip.This topic for microwave passive components of UWB receiver carry out the preliminary research work.The research is mainly concerned with the design of SIW planar ortho-mode transducer,filter,power divider and directional coupler.Make the ultra-wideband receiver scheme of QTT reach the international front level by solving the skilled problem.
射电天文接收机正朝着超宽带和毫米波的方向发展。微波毫米波电路系统的趋势是高性能、高可靠性、小型化、低成本、易于集成和加工。传统的金属波导和微带线因自身结构的缺陷,在毫米波段已经不能满足电路设计要求。基片集成波导是近年来兴起的一种新的微波传输结构,它综合了金属波导和微带线的一系列优点:和传统金属波导一样具有较高的品质因数和很小的辐射损耗;和微带线一样具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、容易加工和集成的优点。本课题针对QTT的超宽带接收机无源电路技术开展预研究工作,研究基于基片集成波导的平面正交模耦合器、滤波器、功率分配器和定向耦合器等毫米波接收机关键无源器件,解决QTT超宽带接收机的技术难题,使QTT超宽带接收机的方案达到国际前沿。
