As representative vulnerable regions of the city, dense distribution areas of temporary color steel building is a major target for control of fire risks, illegal buildings, environmental supervision, urbanization quality and enhancement for city’s image. Currently,the related research mainly focuses on fire risks and violation monitoring. However, due to temporary color steel building’s special characteristics, the corresponding research about temporal and spatial distribution and influence on urban spatial form, economic and social structure etc has not been reported. But there are precedents for studying the spatial structure of the city from nighttime lights, green spaces, roads and so on. Therefore, our research aim plans to extract information of large-scale color steel building from high-resolution images, and to analyze its temporal and spatial distribution and aggregation characteristics. Based on above research work, we are able to reveal color steel plates’ pattern and numerical relationships, which affect the evolution of urban spatial structure. The subject is intended to focus on the following issues: (1) To build extraction model of color steel building based on multi - source high-resolution satellite imagery. (2) To research the relationship between temporal and spatial distribution of urban color steel building and the evolution of urban spatial structure. (3) Validation and analysis. This research work aims to provide new method and technique that support research work on the evolution of urban spatial structure from a new perspective, taking Lanzhou city as an example.
临时性彩钢板建筑密集分布区是典型的城市脆弱区,是火灾隐患、违章建筑、环境监管、城市化质量及城市形象提升整治的重点目标。作为典型的建筑物,目前针对彩钢板建筑的研究主要集中在火灾隐患和违章监测方面,而对于其时空分布规律、聚集特征以及对城市空间形态、经济和社会结构等影响的研究还未见报道,但是已有从夜间灯光、绿地、道路等研究的先例。为此,本项目拟通过高分辨率卫星影像提取大范围彩钢板建筑信息,分析其时空分布规律和聚集特征,揭示其对城市空间结构演变影响的模式和量化关系。课题拟主要研究如下问题:(1)基于多源高分辨率遥感影像的彩钢板建筑信息提取;(2)彩钢板建筑时空分布与城市空间结构演变关系;(3)验证与分析。本研究拟以兰州市为例,从新的角度为城市空间结构的演变研究提供方法和技术支撑。
临时性彩钢板建筑密集分布区是典型的城市脆弱区,是火灾隐患、违章建筑、环境监管、城市化质量及城市形象提升整治的重点目标。作为典型的建筑物,目前针对彩钢板建筑的研究主要集中在火灾隐患和违章监测方面,而对于其时空分布规律、聚集特征以及对城市空间形态、经济和社会结构等影响的研究还未见报道。为此,本项目依托多时相高空间分辨率卫星影像提取彩钢板建筑群时空信息,从新的角度系统研究了城市空间结构的演变,取得的主要成果包括:(1)彩钢板建筑信息遥感识别与提取;(2)城市彩钢板建筑群时空分布特征;(3)彩钢板建筑群与城市空间结构关系;(4)城市彩钢板建筑群火灾风险评价。通过该研究达到了如下目标:研发了彩钢板建筑信息高分影像提取方法和算法,揭示了彩钢板建筑群时空演变与城市空间结构之间存在的关联关系,为城市火灾风险评估提供了有力支持,为城市空间结构量化研究提供了有效时空数据和新的思路和方法。
