中国金融发展与产业结构优化升级的互动机制及政策调适

China has already entered into the rapid development period with the characterisic of economic and social transformation，so speeding up the mode transformation of economic development and promoting to the upgrading of the industrial structure become a great strategic task which is related to the development of whole national economy. Whether to adjust the proportion rlationship between different industries，or improve the quality of the industrial structure， it cann't be achieved without the financial support. Therefore，the project on in-depth study on the internal related mechanism between financial development and the upgrading of the industrial structure from financial perspective has the very vital significance for the adjustment of industrial structure and economic transformation and upgrade in China..This project will discuss the interactive mechanism between financial development and the upgrading of the industrial structure in order to provide the corresponding theory supports and empirical evidences for harmonize the relationship between financial development and the upgrading of the industrial structure. This project will mainly study the following questions：the theory of the relationship between financial development and the upgrading of the industry；the formation，evolution and performance characteristic of the relationship between financial development and the upgrading of industrial stucture in the typically western countries；the mutual mechanism，the macro insitituion background and microfoundations，the restraining conditions and the process of general equilibrium of the relationship between financial development and the upgrading of industrial structure；and the evolution characteristics analysis of the processing of financial development and industrial structure adjustment in China；some empirical test and compare the interactive relationship with each other between financial development and industrial upgrading from the angle of macroscopic view，midscopic view and microscopic views respectively; the methods and means of regulation and control on how to harmonize the relationship between the financial development and industrial upgrading，etc.

中国已步入经济社会快速发展的转型时期，加快转变经济发展方式，推动产业结构优化升级是关系我国国民经济全局发展的紧迫而重大的战略任务。无论是改善产业间的比例，还是提高产业结构的质量，都离不开金融的支持。因此，从金融学视角来深入探讨金融发展与产业结构优化升级的内在关联机制对于我国产业结构的调整和经济的转型升级具有重要的意义。.本研究通过深入探讨金融发展与产业结构优化升级的互动机制以期为构建二者的协调发展关系提供相应的理论支撑和经验证据。主要研究内容包括：金融发展与产业升级关系的相关理论；西方典型国家金融发展与产业升级关系的形成、演化及表现特征；金融发展与产业升级的互动机理、宏观制度环境和微观基础、约束条件与均衡过程等；中国金融发展与产业结构调整过程的演化特征分析；宏观、中观及微观不同视角下的中国金融发展与产业升级关系的若干实证检验及比较；中国金融与产业升级协调发展的调控方法和手段等。

经过30多年来的改革开放，中国基本上已进入到工业化中后期发展的新阶段。必须看到在发展过程中，中国的产业发展模式还较为粗放，也愈加受到资源、能源和环境等瓶颈因素的制约。若不通过产业结构优化升级寻求新的增长模式，中国经济发展将会失去内生发展的驱动力。.产业结构问题本质上是一个资源配置问题，产业结构的优化升级实际上就是要素禀赋资源在产业间的优化配置，而金融资源的配置、金融制度的创新等因素将主导着中国产业结构优化升级的方向、路径和模式。本项目从中国经济发展方式转变的现实背景，特别是着眼于长三角区域、制造业和海洋产业发展的实际情况，遵循理论与实证分析相结合的思路，系统地探寻中国金融发展与产业升级的机理、影响效应及相应的调控政策。. 理论分析表明：金融结构影响产业结构升级的机制主要通过融资结构、金融工具结构、金融业务结构和市场结构来影响资本的配置和再次分配，以银行为主的间接融资和以证券为主的资本市场直接融资互为补充，发挥了全部的作用机制。金融结构的变动主要是为了适应产业结构的升级变动而引起的融资需求和金融产品创新需求。. 实证分析结果表明：我国金融结构转变与产业结构升级相互影响，金融结构转变能促进产业结构升级，产业结构的升级同时也作用于金融结构的转变；长三角地区金融发展和产业结构升级存在显著的因果关系，产业结构升级对区域金融深度和区域金融效率存在单向因果关。长三角地区区域金融深度和区域金融结构完善程度促进了产业结构升级，其中区域金融深度对产业结构升级的正效应大于区域金融结构完善程度，而金融结构效率指标并未对产业结构升级产生影响；长三角地区制造业升级具有空间区域相关性和金融促进产业升级存在空间溢出效应。. 金融作为我国实现产业升级的核心引擎要素，基于金融学视角来为金融发展与产业升级之间的协调关系提供新的理论支撑和经验证据，无疑对产业结构优化升级和经济稳定增长均具有重大意义。
