In nuclear reaction theories and its applications, specially in recent nuclear data needs for unstable nuclei and in a more wide energy range a nuclear reaction model theory calculation system is required. Therefore, we have improved, perfected and developed Feshbach, Kerman and Koonin (FKK) quantum multi-step statistical theory, and together with the traditional theories, presented a complete, consistent and self-consistent descriptions for each nuclear reaction stages and the diferent nuclear reaction mechanisms. In multi-step compound (MSC) theory, we have generalized the theory to describe nucleon reactions, and further modified the expressions of the doorway state and the equilibrium state. A unified and self-consistent formula of MSC theory and Hauser-Feshbach (HF) theory of compound nucleus reaction has been obtained. And it can also integrate with the optical model. The key point in the multi-step direct (MSD) theory is how to use the distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA) and coupled channel model (CCM) of the direct reactions to express the cross sections of the multi-step direct process. For the former, the state density and full microscopic methods have been tested for continuum DWBA calculations, and the benefit results have been obtained. For the later, there is not finding a way to solve the problem yet till now. In addition, the two component FKK-MSC and FKK-MSD theories of distinguishing neutron and proton, and the coupling of the P-Q spaces are presented, the FKK theory can be modified and developed. And the calculated results can be better agreement with the experimental data further. In nuclear model calculations, besides the need of advanced theoretical models, a large volume of precise nuclear basic data and reliable nuclear model parameters are also very important. Therefore the Chinese Evaluated Nuclear Parameter Library (CENPL) for the model calculations of nuclear reactions was developed in the past ten years. All data files of CENPL are adopted as the Starter Files of Reference Input Parameter Library (RIPL) of the International Atomic Energy Agency. And the model parameters estimated and recommended by our group are specially selected as recommended files. In order to satisfy the demands of model calculations for unstable nuclei and in a more wide energy range, and keep the advanced level in researches of the nuclear model parameters and CENPL. The updated CENPL (i.e. CENPL-2) is being developed in the last few years. The data of CENPL are tested, updated and expanded. According to the latest experimental date, we have re-estimated, re-evaluated and recommended new parameter sets including unstable nuclei model calculations needs. All parameters of the CENPL are important national data resource and can be share with.In order to modernize and towards to sustainable develop of nuclear science for our country, a plan on "Developing Advanced Nuclear Data and Constructing a Nuclear Science Basic Database" was proposed to the National Science and Technology Ministry and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The preliminary researches on this plan have made considerable headway. In order to bring about execution of the plan and exchange researches, we organized a Workshop on "Chinese Nuclear Science Data-Information Library" under supporting of the China Center of Advanced Science and Technology in Beijing, on May 14~17, 2002. There were more than 40 exports attended the workshop and total 25 papers presented. .
改进、完善和发展量子多步理论,重点研究多次多步复合和多次多步直接理论;多步复合和复合核反应理论自洽一致地描述;多步直接理论对集体激发的应用;通过非束缚态和准束缚态的耦合研究多步复合和多步直接的连接;对不同反应机制完整自洽描述,完善理论计算框架和程序,分析实验和应用于核反应数据计算,对核反应理论发展有意义,并有应用前景。
