细观力学从细观尺度研究材料的部结构及缺陷的几何表征、变形运动及演化规律。它将理性力学、断裂与损伤理论、材料物理和近代实验力学手段结合起来,发展由细观向宏观过渡的均匀化方法和建立宏观量与细观量关联的力学理论。主要研究内容为:细观力学理性基础;断裂与损伤细观理论;界面断裂力学;晶体与多晶体塑性本构方法;增韧与增强力学理论.
