Studying of syntheses and physical properties of the low-dimentinal nanomaterials, such as nanowires, nanotubes and so on, and of theirrelationship is one of the important studying aspects of nanomaterials and nanostructures. These materials have attracted more and more attention since last decade due to their potential applications in photo-electronic devices, high-density magnetic recording media, catalysis, etc. The template synthesis technique is an important method to prepare ordered nanoarrays. A set of suitable preparation conditions for alumina membranes with high quality and good repeatability has been found after our years' seaching. The preparation conditions for metal membranes have been investigated intensively using a two-step replication of the highly ordered porous anodic alumina, and some useful data have been acquired. Ordered ZnO, CdS and other nanowire arrays have been successfully fabricated in the nanopores of the alumina membranes via a sol-gel route or electrodeposition. The optical and other physical properties of the nanowire arrays have been measured, and the mechanisms have also been discussed In this project, we have accumulated some constructive experimental data for designing new nanstructured photoemission devices.
在有序纳米孔洞阵列氧化铝模板的基础上,用多次复型法制备银有序纳米孔洞模板。用溶胶—凝胶法在银模板中组装纳米氧化锌丝阵列,测量组装体的电致发光和光致发光谱。调节模板孔径尺寸,找出发光最强的组装体并研究其机制,为设计新型强绿光纳米结构提供实验依据。
