Screw compressor is one of the key equipment of petrochemical industry, whose aerodynamic performance and basic structure parameters are the key factors of influencing whether the screw compressor can high efficiency, long period and non-failure operate or not. In this project, on the basic of self-design double-suction balance screw compressor series products, interrelation among primary structure, load characteristic and aerodynamic performance parameter of balance type twin-screw compressor is analyzed; interrelation among inlet, outlet and the geometrical shape of runner, interrelation among rotor geometrical shape (line equation) and displacement, output pressure, noise and vibration are studied by simulation and experiment research. Meanwhile, a theoretical calculation, flow field simulation, experiment analysis and simulation manufacture are conducted on the balance type twin-screw compressor key parts such as exhaust seat, septa part and screw. As a result, proper geometrical shapes of inlet, outlet, runner, and rotor are obtained; the proper structure parameters of exhaust seat, septa part and screw are also gained; and the rotor line equation fitting for hobbing is acquired as well. The expected research achievement can provide theory and experiment basis for the design of balance type twin-screw compressor, and the correlational research achievement will be the important theory basis for the update of our country's compressor equipment.
螺杆压缩机石油、石化等行业重要装备之一,其气动学性能及基本结构参数是影响压缩机高效及长周期无故障运行的关键因素。本项目在自行设计双吸平衡式双螺杆压缩机系列产品的基础上,分析平衡式双螺杆压缩机的主要结构参数与负载特性、气动性能参数的相互关系,仿真和实验研究进、排气口和流道的几何形状、转子几何形状(型线方程)与排量、输出压力、噪声、振动的相关关系,同时对平衡式双螺杆压缩机关键部件排气座、中隔部及螺杆进行理论计算、流场仿真、试验分析及仿真加工,得出合适的进、排气口和流道的几何形状、转子几何形状及排气座、中隔部和螺杆的结构参数;得出适合滚削加工的转子型线方程。预期研究成果可为平衡式双螺杆压缩机设计提供理论和实验依据,相关研究成果是我国压缩机装备更新的重要理论基础。
螺杆压缩机石油、石化等行业重要装备之一,其气动学性能及基本结构参数是影响压缩机高效及长周期无故障运行时间的关键因素。本项目在自行设计双吸平衡式双螺杆压缩机系列产品的基础上,收集了国内外市场绝大部分双螺杆压缩机关于规格与变异品种的信息;研究了平衡式双螺杆压缩机的主要结构参数与负载特性、气动性能参数的相互关系;仿真和实验研究了进、排气口和流道的几何形状与排量、输出压力、噪声、振动的相关关系;同时对平衡式双螺杆压缩机关键部件排气座及中隔部进行了理论计算、流场仿真、试验分析及仿真。篇制了《双吸平衡式双螺杆压缩机系列型谱表》;获得了双吸平衡式双螺杆压缩机负载特性;.构建并建立了较高精度的双吸平衡式双螺杆压缩机仿真模型及方法;进行了双吸平衡式双螺杆压缩机工作过程的数值模拟与仿真;获得了进、排气口和流道几何形状及排气座、中隔部的结构参数对其气动特性的影响规律以及平衡式双螺杆压缩机产生流体运动噪声的影响规律;获得了较优的进、排气口和流道几何形状及排气座、中隔部的结构参数。本研究成果可为平衡式双螺杆压缩机设计提供理论和实验依据,为我国压缩机装备的更新换代提供了一种新的途径。
